I am very happy I chose Porsche Gold Coast to purchase/ lease my vehicles. First off , the service dept is excellent with Chris Alves , Aaron Geiger and Jim Tudor earning my highest praise. Additionally , the sales manager Luis Tinoco, spent all the time in the world getting to know me and has that special quality not easily found these days of showing a sincere interest of connecting on a personal level , which I really appreciated and admired. If you ever have the opportunity and pleasure to speak with him, you will see what I am talking about.
Aaron (service manager ) and Chris ( service manager ) and Luis Tinoco ( sales manager ) are really nice people in addition to being understanding and accommodating and actually listen to what you have to say , which are all qualities hard to find these days ..They are experts in what they do and do everything they can to ensure you are satisfied with the work in the service department and the overall purchase /lease experience. . They actually followed up with me after I left to make sure all was perfect .They are all gentlemen and such a pleasure to deal with.
I also had the pleasure of having Jim Tudor as my service advisor on one of my visits who I found to be extremely easy to deal with and very thorough as he took the time to understand any issues and I appreciated that he explained the necessary work, and ensured that I was satisfied before I left. .
Additionally, there are other very nice people working at this dealership including Carol who makes the appointments who i found to be very nice and personable and helpful.
Overall, I am very happy I chose this dealership and I highly recommend Porsche Gold Coast. This may sound corny but they really try to make you feel like family. .

I just felt compelled to take a moment and give a huge thank you and shout out to Anton Pankrushin. He’s the General Sales Manager at Gold Coast. So i actually bought my car 2 years ago and I realized recently that my original salesman made an “oops” on something that was important. Anton wasn’t the manager at the time- ( and the salesman since has moved on), but when it was brought to his attention, he made a point to make it right. It is so comforting to know that there are still people in this world who are willing address and correct errors that are made even when he didn’t have to. Anton resolved the issue and I am very happy with the outcome. He has a customer for life. Porsche Gold Coast is very lucky to have him. He is a man of integrity. When you go there, ask for Anton. You’ll be in good hands. God bless you, Anton.

I would like to thank the service manager Aaron Geiger of Gold Coast Porsche and service coordinator Mark Bennet for all their help in getting a problem resolved with my 2022 Macan GTS. I purchased this pre certified vehicle from Porsche of Hartford in June 2025. After driving home I heard a wind noise coming from the drivers door. Returning the vehicle to Hartford twice and holding the vehicle for over 2 weeks at a time, they did not fix the problem. They wanted me to return a third time or recommended I bring it to my local dealership. In doing so Aaron's team found the problem the next day of my scheduled appointment. The long story doesn't end there with Porsche of Hartford and PCNA making Gold Coast wait 5 1/2 weeks to order the parts and to do the repair that was necessary. Aaron finally got the okay and and his team repaired the noise successfully and I appreciate what Aaron had to do to get this done. It was a very frustrating ordeal in which I had to go thru. Aaron was very mild mannered and reassuring keeping me calm after all of the aggravation that Porsche of Hartford and PCNA had caused. Thanks Aaron.

Sam Gadkar, the senior sales representative was very professional, and made things happen. His work and his help was beyond my expectations.
