If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered something on March 21. The next day I asked if I could cancel my order, they said no. However, I could return it up to 14 days after getting it. That doesn't make sense but ok. It's now July 30th and there is no tracking for my order. I asked when it would ship, they said 4-6 weeks. This place is a scam and I will be reporting them to the BBB.

I bought item from the store online. It didn't say anywhere that it's not returnable for credit card refund but rather store credit. I keep trying and trying to reach customer service but no luck. They returned mg item and issues a store credit. No email. No call. Nothing. I am never going to shop there again - and don't Recommend to others to shop there either unless U want to get stuck w store credit like I did.

All of these reviews make sense. Placed an order almost a year ago and only received part of it even though I was charged for the whole order. I have sent a dozen emails and not heard back. Called and mailboxes are always full. No communication from them at all about status of order...no communication from them AT ALL. Totally unacceptable.

I have been a huge fan and customer of Singer22 for many years. With that said, I've been extremely disappointed in how they recently handled an issue. I placed two orders on March 21. One of the orders arrived within a few days, on March 24. However the other order has yet to arrive. The delivery system is showing that it is still in transit. I sent Singer22 numerous emails and called on a customer service number which no one answers. Days after attempting to connect with someone, Eden Singer responded to an email stating that she would open a UPS claim. That's it. No offer to replace the items, which I still want. No offer to provide any sort of solution. She basically punted it to UPS being their problem. Honestly I'm surprised by this lack luster of customer service. My solution was to resolve directly through my credit card company. Which they were all too happy to help me with. Singer22 you have absolutely lost a great customer. Such a shame....

Singer 22 never fails. Singer 22 is always the first to get exclusive arrivals. The customer service is impeccable. I am always impressed by how fast my orders are shipped out and received. Everything is handled with care and love. If you don’t have their Ap I highly recommend downloading it so you never miss a sale and your always the first to purchase new arrivals.

I made an online purchase of over 400 dollars a week ago. I have not received an update/communication of any kind - on shipping or delays. I understand we are in a pandemic so I've made every effort to contact the business through email and multiple phone calls. All the mailboxes are full and no reply to email. I see why customers are frustrated with the customer service or the lack there of... Needless to say, I won't be a returning customer.

I have never been treated by a retailer or company being a customer the way they have treated me. I bought leggings right before the lockdown and they were damaged. I emailed them right away, they said no problem they would give me a new pair. Obviously we were all in a pandemic that was wasn't my top priority. Once retailers were able to reopen, I would drive passed the store and it was closed. I saw a sign in the window saying to email and make an appointment. I would email and no one would reply, many times. I figured to write them a message on instagram and once they knew it was the women with the damaged leggings they started to ignore me. I went into the store with the damaged pair, they are still selling the leggings, in every color and print and I asked them to please give me a new pair. The owners daughter couldn't get her story straight she was just like no, her father came out not even sure he knew the story and he just started to get in my face and raise his voice and didn't want to hear my point, he repeatedly said get out of my store, and threatened to lock me inside. After I left (and I left the damaged pair there) he messaged me on instagram (seems like thats the only want they communicate) and asked me for my address and he would ship me a new pair. I guess he must of realized I was right and the daughter kept ignoring my emails. Well he never shipped me the replacement. I even followed up again to find out if the replacement was shipped, and well guess what-I WAS IGNORED. I was a buyer for 10 years and now I own my own clothing store, that still is in strong standing after the pandemic. I guess the customers in Long Island are afraid to speak up when they are mistreated, but this was the worst. Still don't understand why they wouldn't replace it. If they still carry it, that means they are still buying it, and also means thats their biggest seller and they must have a good relationship with the brand, so why couldn't they just send it back to the brand and damage it out? For a retailer that sells brand name and expensive clothing I was treated like S**** they stole my money( $100) and they have my damaged leggings.

I reached out via email about a purchase and received a response immediately. The day my package arrived my dress went on sale 20% off what I paid which was expensive. I called numerous times and emailed 3 times and left a vm as well to inquire about getting credit and never heard back. I was fully ignored. I rarely leave reviews but this is just bad customer service.

The girls who work here are pure evil! Just because I didn't come in dressed to the nines in a Mercedes I got ignored. The employees looked me in the eye multiple times and pretended I didn't exist. Horrible customer service! I felt so unwelcome.

The worst customer service on the planet. They don't even look up at you, forget about greeting you and asking you if you need help. The older woman is straight up rude and obnoxious. If you ask her a direct question, she still does not look at you, stares down at her computer and gives not one s*** if you walk right out of the store. I don't know how they stay in business other than their online services are pretty good and they run decent sales, but if their customer service was their lifeline they would be out of business in a second because no one hates themselves enough for that kind of treatment. They suck.

I had the EXACT same experience as Alexa K. here in the reviews. The customer service in this place is the WORST I've ever experienced. Beyond terrible customer service. The employees don't greet you. Don't help you. I basically took the stuff I wanted to try-on, which i was uncomfortably carrying on my arm with my purse and my coat, and when I finally walked toward the dressing rooms, only then did someone finally acknowledge me to put me in a dressing room. I tried some stuff on and was in the dressing room, needing another size but THEY NEVER CAME BACK TO CHECK ON ME. I had to get dressed back in my own clothes and put my shoes on and go back out into the store looking for another size of what I had tried on. Even then, they didn't rush to help me get the other sizes. I tried on four things I really liked, but the customer service was so crappy that I made a mental note of the stuff I wanted and I bought it all online at Shopbop.com in the Singer 22 parking lot right after I walked out. There was no way these people were getting my money. Beware - I don't know what is wrong with these people but they should not own a business.

Absolutely horrible customer service. NOT ONE employee even acknowledged my existence for the 30 Minutes I was in the store. I walked in with no greeting as an employee walked directly passed me. I purposely walked around the store a little longer just to see if/who would eventually say something ... or even possibly walk up to me to ask if needed help ... it Never happened. No one asked if I was looking for anything, how they could help, nothing!! And there were multiple employees - some of which were busy - others were merely walking around fixing the clothes. Ridiculous! Not even a hello?! I felt like I was in pretty woman .. absolutely, completely RUDE!!!! I'm so sorry I wasn't carrying a Chanel bag nor wearing a Montclair jacket (neither of which do I own) .. but if I walk through your store looking at clothes and seeing the prices, and I don't run screaming, you should have been sure I would have spent the money on something I liked!!!! ( I have in the past! ). You just lost my business for good!!
