When I got there I felt really rushed. I had an appointment and the lady immediately kept ushering me to the pedicure seat before I could choose my color. She did a fine job but it was still very rushed and a little rough. I’d say overall the pedicure took maybe 20 minutes. I had booked a mani-pedi and the manicure was a little better (different technician) but still really rushed. My hands and feet felt sort of manhandled and it was not a relaxing experience. I’m not from the area so won’t be coming back anyway but would not recommend this place.

The reason why I picked this place was because of the reviews and I was in the neighborhood but my experience wasn't good at all. When I first got there, no one even noticed me until 10 min later. I didn't even have a place to sit so I just stood there for a while. I thought I was ignored on purpose but I chose to give them the benefit of the doubt. Then a white lady came in to the store and they noticed her and asked her to pick a color and put her on a chair. There was a nice man who noticed me and he knew I got there before her so he told someone and they said I'm next.
The lady who did my nails was terrible. She didn't want to do anything I asked her to. I asked if she could soak me off with acetone because she was hurting me by using the mechanical and she said same thing. Super rude and she used the fast dry before she was supposed to. She also used the wrong glue to replace two of my broken nails. I've been getting my nails done for ages and by different people so I know when someone's not doing the right thing. She said she has Venmo for tips and she was super intrusive and looked at my phone and said I didn't Venmo her right and I had to explain to her how Venmo works. "My phone will show the negative sign because I gave you money and your phone will have a plus sign because you received it". Her Venmo said XIANSHU WEN but idk if that's her account. I had a terrible experience because of her. I still tipped her 20% but she didn't deserve even a fraction of it.
They charge $45 for dip if you have short nails otherwise it's $75. It's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. I understand if it was like $55 or $60 but come on.

I've been here a couple of times but today's experience was no good. The man who did my nails didn't do a good job.. I had to ask him couple of times to fix my cuticles which was half-assed, check on my nails, and after I was done, my tips weren't even coated so it looks like my nail polish is already coming off. He also missed some spots and there are air bubbles. Update 2 days after, my tips look like it's gonna erase soon bc it wasn't colored properly

I do not recommend this nail salon at all. First the nail tech kept getting up to answer phone calls which made me sit there for a long time. Then another women came to do my nails and cut 2 of my fingers. She also rushed and did not put time into my nails. The next day, my nails chipped and I am not happy at all. I also spent a lot of money which was very unreasonable for my nails.

Came here for the first time as I'm relatively new to the neighborhood and had a great experience. I had dip powder done and my nails look beautiful. Thank you to Jackie! You have a new happy customer.

Everyone is so nice. Amy is so friendly and always very helpful. Tommy is amazing!! I always get a great manicure and pedicure. Also, Kevin gives the best neck massages.

Dip powder cracked in 6hrs. I usually get 4 weeks out of my dip Powder manicure. Went to get the one nail that crack fixed within the first 6hrs. Staff got upset because I came in. Stated that I had to wait because everyone was busy. Looked at my nail and thought it wasn’t cracked while it really was until she filed it down and realized I was right. After realizing I was right they fixed the one nail. Flash forward to that same night. A majority of the nails have cracks in them and I’m super unhappy. 1. I would like to start off with the pros, the facility is clean and allows walk ins, semi attention to detail. Now the cons…(I use my natural nails in stead of tips) my middle finger on my right hand is not centered for the tip of a rounded almond it’s off to the right. Furthermore my thumb on my right hand has the same issue the tip is not filled to the center it’s off to the right. The design I wanted had stripes and detail work on the middle finger. Needles to say the stripes on both hands are wavy and the design on middle fingers are not precise nor even and sloppily done. Not including the dip application is only one coat of clear and two coats of color which ensures they are not firm they are very flimsy so customers are not getting the proper application especially after the sanding process. My bill was roughly $170 for 2 pedicures and dip nails. The staff is not the friendliest the older ladies are pushy and rude. My biggest complaint is the matter of which you tip. I gave them my card to pay, most facilities allow you to tip on the receipt at the end of the service I figured tipping was included since there was no line which some places do. This facility though does not, nor do they use the same person throughout the service process. After paying and putting on my shoes one lady approached me with a Venmo code and said “tip” so I included a tip over all for the services. Then was bombarded by 2 other people demanding tips also. I tried to explain that I gave the tip for my services to the lady with the code. Then they proceeded to tell me that I had to give everyone involved a tip while bickering I’m not English among one another and looking back at me, which made me as the customer very uncomfortable. Safe to say this establishment is mismanaged and has plenty of loop holes you don’t find out about till the end. I would not recommend this establishment.Services: Pedicure

I have been going to Spa Ruby for awhile. My wife and I made appointments for the same time for a manicure. We do that often. We walk in and my wife is seated immediately . I'm told -you wait ten minutes. I reply we booked appointments at the same time. No worries they say and tech comes over. Looks at my nails. A women walks in and says she has no appointment. She also says she can come back later, but the tech goes to her and starts working on her. The owner see this and does nothing . I then walk out . My wife follows . No remorse on their part. Very poor business practice. Will never go back.
