This bank is absolutely terrible! The wait in the drive through area takes forever. They have horrible customer service. I wanted a basic debit card from the bank and it felt like they were running a marathon to do a basic, simple thing. Switch banks!! - - David Elliot Rothblatt

I was wondering how a bank had such a low rating but after I went inside the branch today I spoke with the manager who claims to have 24 years of banking experience and I’ve never felt so unsure of someone’s capabilities in any scenario as I did today
