I am not sure what happened over the years. This once was a great bank with excellent customer service. Over the past few years it has gone downhill. Never enough tellers and the ones that are there have a nasty attitude. Constantly waiting to get anything done. I now go to Glen Head location and get much better service.

Horrible service. They closed my account and froze my money without any reason or notice to me.Every time I call I get jerked around. I showed up to complain they did nothing to get me my money back it’s been about 4 months and nothing has been resolved. 1800 number is useless and the managers here can’t give me a straight answer.
