Rented out at JFK dropped off at this location. Gentlemen was very friendly and helpful. The 800 number told my wife that there would be a $35 drop off fee… when I returned the car I was only charged $25. Thank you.

I thought I will never recommend Avis/Budget after many unpleasant attempts with NewHyde Park location , however yesterday’s experience with this location completely changed my perspective. It was so inviting and flexible with all my needs. Thank you Farooq , you made my day!

I reserved a car more than a month in advance for a Sunday when it is difficult to find a rental car. The day before at noon the office called me and told me that they didn’t have a car for me. I have never had a rental car office tell me that they didn’t have a car if I had reservation. I was going to a wedding the next day and it messed up our plans. I will never rent from them again.

Ty BUDGET OF Roslyn and my friend that works there. He was so friendly. I forget his name, but he's the only one there in the morning I believe. Anyway, I had a truly 5-star experience because everything about the rental went according to plan. I got a great, clean Subaru Crosstrek. My girlfriend and I loved it. Price was fantastic also. Ty again BUDGET OF Roslyn!!

Got a very dirty car. They felt they did me a favor by giving their last free car but it was a mess. With gum on the inside and french fries under the seat. I am renting from the airport next time.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They are a rip off will charge you extra fees and are rude. The cars are filthy. Stick to enterprise. Cars are much less. Friendlier service and Cara are cleaned.

Very unhappy with my experience with Budget and this location. I booked a economy size rental car for August 16-24th. When I returned my rental car today the 24th before my drop off time I was told that I was late on my reservation and would have to pay additional charges roughly about $70 more. The gentleman Abul (not the friendliest employee) was adamant that I did not book for the 8days which I was able to show in my phone with confirmation number(same confirmation number I showed when I picked up car on the 16th). I was told he could not further help me to call customer service. Once I returned home I did reach out to customer service for them to lie and say I canceled that reservation back on August 6th which is a blatant lie because my grandmother passed away on the 12th and that’s what made me need to rent a car. After going back and forth with customer service explaining to them that I never made and canceled a reservation from that date and why would I cancel my 8 day reservation set at $283 to make a 7day reservation for $263 to only return it 8days later and have to pay way more for late fees, additional days and taxes, it just doesn’t make sense. Customer service representative Bethany basically told me I am responsible for whatever error they made because that’s who made it and they would refund only $30. Not only am I mourning the loss of my grandmother as well as helping with those financial matters and having to rush and book a car such short notice, now I’m being told I’m a liar who booked a random reservation. Also when I picked up my car it was not properly cleaned on the inside with fast food restaurant napkins in glove department as well as in the side pocket of door. Seats were stained and carpet had dirt and debris. I made it aware to Abul as well as the dents and dings in the body of the car, I was given a pink slip and sent on my way. Budget rental has lost a loyal customer and it’s very unfortunate.
