Sitting here for almost an hour now.They don't ever answer the phone or emails, so if there is an issue (which there always seems to be), you end up in the branch waiting and waiting. I opened a business account and all the checks bounce, even though there is plenty of money in theaccount. How is that possible? Over and over again.

I opened an account at this branch to take advantage of a new account sign up bonus. I filled out all the paperwork at the branch and wired in money to establish the account. 90 days later, my account qualified for the sign up bonus. 110 days after opening up the account, I contacted the branch to find out when the sign up bonus would be applied. I was told the account was not W9 verified. But I filled out the W9 form when I opened the account. I was told they didnt have the W9 and I would have to come to the branch to fill out the form again. I went to the branch the next day and filled out the form and headed home. 2 weeks later, I inquired again about the new account bonus. Guess what? I was told the account was not W9 verified. Again, I went to the branch, spoke with a third person, filled out the W9 form and went home. I went on a vacation and contacted Citibank upon my return. We are now in the middle of January. I qualified for the new account bonus in November. So we are 3 months in and once again, I am being told the account is not W9 verified. I will be at the branch again tomorrow to finally resolve this issue. And then I will be closing the account. Oh, and when I try to call the branch directly, I always get voice mail and then transferred to the generic customer service so I can never speak with anyone at the branch. This has been the worst banking experience of my life.

I'm a huge fan of this branch and the people that work there, especially Natalie, the Branch Manager. While I'm not a big fan of Citi's web platform and apps, Natalie and her staff are the reason I continue to bank with Citi.

Easy to see right off of Northern Boulevard servicing Roslyn and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. No public Restroom. Nice staff. ATM on premises. We will most likely be going back.

Great branch. Terrific team. Natalie Nau, the manager, is extremely competent and efficient.
