When you use a caterer, there are three things you look for price point taste, and easy to work with you normally expect And hope to reach at least two with Delicacies you get all three. They were so easy to work with their selections and food were delicious at a price I could live with I highly recommend them.

I used Delicacies to cater my sons Bar Mitzvah 5 years ago. I thought it would be a no brainer to use them for my daughters up coming. Man what a different experience now. Had to call 3 times to get someone to talk to me. No one called me back despite leaving messages and submitting my info via the online contact form. The requested proposal was for a kosher style luncheon. The proposal was received almost a week later than I was told and required follow up by me The proposal was littered with shell fish (not kosher) and was priced similarly to what I paid for a full event that was double the time and had a full cocktail hour and more high ticket food items. I asked for a revision, gave detailed notes and feedback via email. The next proposal which also missed the date I was given and required me to follow up on had almost no change in pricing despite my feedback that cost needed to be reduced because this was not a full blown party. At that point I decided that there was no need for further communications because this was not a productive avenue and I did not trust this would be handled well. Just terrible.

Be aware: the listed prices may not be what you're actually charged. I ordered a sandwich from the menu but was charged a higher price than what was displayed. After I pointed out the issue, I was given a partial refund, but the situation was handled unprofessionally. Be sure to double-check your bill before paying.

Customer Service is awful. Very disappointing since their food is pretty good. I would go back because it’s conveniently located but I just don’t want to interact with the older woman who is usually at the register.

I’ve been ordering for several years everything from simple breakfasts & coffee to catering large brunches & dinners- Delicacies never disappoints- food is always delicious, fresh & beautifully presented. Staff is professional & courteous.

Convenient and delicious deli with tons of options! Absolutely love stopping in here for lunch when I’m working from home or ordering takeout when I’m too lazy to cook! Highly recommend any of their sandwiches and wraps. Also, wonderful service.
