He is very knowledgeable , patient and accommodating to our test drives as we were deciding which model. East Hills Subaru provided me with exceptional customer service when purchasing my latest car. Dennis is the sales consultant who I primarily met with, and he was incredibly helpful and informative the entire time. What really stood out to me was his genuine enthusiasm and straight forward approach to helping me find the perfect vehicle that suited my needs. He patiently explained every feature and answered all of my questions, which was greatly appreciated. I’d also recommend working with Stacy, who was incredibly patient and attentive whenever I had any questions or concerns. I highly recommend East Hills Subaru to anyone in the market for a new car.

The customer service at East Hills is amazing! The staff is super friendly and always helpful. I drive all the way out from Brooklyn to service my car there. Their waiting lounge is spacious, comfortable and is Equipped with ample seating and tables ( great for working on your laptop), T.V Screen, coffee and refreshments. The wait time is always reasonable and they keep you updated on status of your vehicle along the way, via text and phone. The location is also Fantastic- There is a great Diner nearby to grab a bite while you wait and a car wash next door to wash your car after service.

Do not buy a car from this dealership! If your car needs any real service (even work covered under the warranty) you may have to wait weeks to have the work done and they are usually out of loaners. You will be stranded with no car.

Stephen Radow was our contact. He was terrific. We had been to two dealerships prior where neither salesman was of any help. Stephen was warm, friendly, extremely knowledgable and sincere. He worked very hard for us with honesty and integrity. He was informative and truly went out of his way to accommodate us with price, the colors we wanted, etc. he stayed in touch with us throughout the process. Sales people get a bad wrap, many deservedly so…i know because I am in sales! Stephen is trustworthy and I would not only refer him, but of course work with him when the time comes again. Working with Frank & Stacey made this the easiest process to get into our Ascent! They let our kids run around while we spoke and worked out the deal we wanted. When it came time to get our car Frank showed me all features and answered all of my questions. Sol took the time to explain and cleared up any issues we had while doing the paperwork with ease! If you are looking to get into a Subaru go here, don’t waste your time elsewhere because they actually want to get you into a vehicle that makes the most sense for you and maybe your family too!

We recently bought a car at East Hills Subaru. Ian Lawson was our sales associate and I can honestly say we have never had such a great experience buying a car. Ian was informative, he listened to us and guided us to make the best decision. There was no pressure and his honesty and genuine concern for our best interests was evident throughout the whole process. He was also patient, we had an issue insuring the car because of the threat of a hurricane, which delayed our purchase, and he was great through all of it. Also , he gave us the best introduction to all the features in our car. We have never had such a thorough explanation of all the features available in our car. So after lying and telling me they changed their policy on illegal credit card surcharges they disputed my dispute with the credit card company. Well after 2 months the bank sided with me and gave me the money back. I have reported them to Subaru and the NY attorney general. Hopefully they get busted. My wife and I recently bought a 2022 Forester at East Hills Subaru over the weekend. We had nothing but a relaxing, simple and honest experience. Ian was the one who helped guide us into what we found to be the perfect SUV for us. Ian was kind, patient and attentive. He never made us feel as though we were pressured or a hassle for asking as many questions as we did. I don’t usually take the time to post reviews but this is one time that I feel impelled to post one. I purchased my 2019 Ascent here and have been loving my car. I recently began having an issue with my sunroof. Everything was working fine and out of the blue one day my sunroof would not close. Of course it was 2pm on a Friday and severe thunderstorms were expected that evening and all weekend (I do not have a garage). I immediately brought it back to the dealership without any appointment and the service manager and another employee worked for 15-20 in the parking lot to get it closed. This took care of the immediate urgency but it did not take care of the bigger issue which was that the entire sunroof track, motor etc. needed to be replaced. This job was going to cost me thousands of dollars. Of course my car is past the warranty date (it’s 4 years old), but I only had 34,000 miles. The service manager offered to put in a claim with Subaru to see if they would cover it, since my car was relatively new and has only been serviced by the dealership. While no promises were made that it would get covered, I had nothing to lose and thousands of dollars to save if they were successful at getting Subaru to agree to cover the repair. Within a week I was notified that Subaru was going to cover the repair and the parts were ordered. Once the parts were received an appointment was scheduled, I was given a free loaner car for the 3 days required to repair my car and after the 3 days I returned the loaner car and picked up my car without paying a penny and my car is literally as good as new. I have always been pleased with the customer service I received here, but this time I feel like the service team went above and beyond. I’d like to praise the entire service department and I highly recommend this dealership. While servicing your car regularly at a dealership may cost a little extra than going to a private mechanic, you have the peace of mind knowing that repairs are done by Subaru certified mechanics and with Subaru parts and it’s likely because of this Subaru was agreeable to cover this big repair. While I cannot promise anyone with a similar problem that Subaru will cover their repair, I can say with certainty that the service team at East Hills Subaru will be nothing but honest and respectful and will provide you with nothing but the highest level of customer service. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership and service department! Thank you to Chris (the service manager) and the entire service team from a very satisfied and grateful customer!

Used to be great in oil change and other services, now the oil change price goes up dramatically. In addition, they charge you to top off the fluids, small charge, but other places do it for free. Lastly, they charge a 3% credit card fee as a convenience fee. A car dealership only wants cash payment or debit card payment or check, otherwise, it's at your cost doesn't sound right to me

I recently traded in my Subaru and bought a new one at East Hills Subaru, everyone I spoke with there made it quick, easy, and fair. Dennis S., Stacey, and Matt worked with me to get a good deal on the car I was shopping for and answered all my questions. Even Sol the finance manager was a pleasure to work with, and that's usually the worst part of a buying experience. Would recommend this dealership to anyone.
