I had a really good experience throughout the whole process, from making a reservation on the Enterprise App to driving the car around the city to returning it.
All the staff here were so friendly, and they worked both professionally and efficiently.
When I got it, the car was new and clean, and the gas tank was full. I used half of the gas, and they charged me an additional gas fee when I returned the car instead of asking me to keep the gas at the original level. Everything was so easy.
I will definitely choose Enterprise next time I need a rental car. Highly recommend!

Really happy with enterprise! I am very busy and it was crucial for me to have a car in between cars. I believe I did 3 consecutive 30 day leases and they were very helpful, understanding and accomodating.
Thankful to Danny And Vin they are hard workers and definitely care about their job and clients.

I rented a minivan over the winter break and the service at the desk was great. He was knowledgeable, efficient but still thorough - answered all my questions, got me quickly into my rental. Drop off was very easy too even during after hours!

very disappointing! I reserved a lower priced car 5 days prior to my reservation, since my insurance company was not covering the entire expense. When I arrived I was told that the class of car was not available. The rep referred to the car as a "clown" car. All that was available was a Mercedes SUV at considerably higher rate. They would not honor the price for the vehicle I had reserved. Bait and Switch!!! very unethical.
