I rented a minivan over the winter break and the service at the desk was great. He was knowledgeable, efficient but still thorough - answered all my questions, got me quickly into my rental. Drop off was very easy too even during after hours!

very disappointing! I reserved a lower priced car 5 days prior to my reservation, since my insurance company was not covering the entire expense. When I arrived I was told that the class of car was not available. The rep referred to the car as a "clown" car. All that was available was a Mercedes SUV at considerably higher rate. They would not honor the price for the vehicle I had reserved. Bait and Switch!!! very unethical.

I had a great experience with this location. I came in extremely last minute and needed a quick car for the day. They only had a van available but helped me check out super fast even in the pouring rain and when I came back the next day to swap for a more ideal car, they really helped find me a perfect and fun vehicle for my needs. Danny was the one to help me out and he was expedient and had a great attitude and hunted for the best deal for me. Really recommend this location! Thanks you guys!

The cars at this particular Enterprise always seem to be in better shape than other Enterprise locations.

Ended up not renting a car after getting to the counter and getting assigned the only sedan on the lot (the other 10 vehicles were jeep SUVs) with a lot of miles and damage (I was not provide an alternative): I reserved a midsize sedan was was assigned a Nissan Sentra, 62k miles with a broken driver door handle that needed to be banged into place after every use. The car also had poorly done body work, likely fix from a prior renters accident, and body damage above the driver side door. Customer service was ok other then my interactions with Danny, I was in a rush and he kept trying to explain the situation when I clearly told him I dont have time to talk, he confirmed that he was not able tohelp. He told me the condition of the car and the high miles were the new norm, at least for enterprise, after COVID. I will not attempt renting from this location in the future, there are plenty of choices of other car rentals nearby. Update: I contacted Jean at Enterprise and will update IF Enterprise makes changes to prevent poor service in future

I didn't know that when you make a reservation for a vehicle with Enterprise it goes as first come first serve kind of thing you actually betting against other people to get it, maybe you will lucky and get it or is like a kind a bingo or lottery that maybe you'll be the winner or not , maybe you need to fight like gladiators in the colleseum and if you come alive maybe you'll get it , because Enterprise really doesn't care about you or your time that you spend getting to their office, maybe you shouldn't have a reservation feature, that maybe will work or maybe just flip a coin and see who is going to get the rental WOW! Enterprise you nailed it!!!! and by way a WOW!!!! for your management how they make it up for your customers, I'd should it know since the time that walked in your office the way management was talking to other customers on the phone on a demeaning way . Enterprise fix it!!! are on bussines to loose or gained ? customers???

The car we got was amazing, the customer service was also amazing with helpful staff that seemed happy to work there. The whole process was amazing and easy I will definitely rent again!

Really great service here! Very friendly and helpful team. Fast, efficient and accomodating. I had some issues with my rental and they were remarkably proficient at resolving the problem and making sure I was takin care of. Top notch service and regard for customer satsifaction.

**warning** Do not take the car without checking the damage and confirming with them. They will try to pin car damage on you. I am still getting phone calls from them with voicemail about crack in wind shield which was already there when I picked up the car. They refuse to read the notes but instead call you during work day and harass. I let go when they initially called me and I asked them to check the notes the damage was already there. Now I got called again during work day and voice mail from branch manager himself!

Great and considerate customer service. Dealing with Gianni was a pleasure. He was understanding of my situation with my own car having to take longer to repair and needed my car rental extended. Offered a good deal and listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly. He was very fair with me. If need be, I’d definitely come back to these guys to get another rental in the future.

Roslyn Enterprise always comes thru with great choice of vehicles and friendly customer service. And of course you can’t beat the at home pickup and return if desired!!! I just needed a car for a month and it was a terrific experience.
