This high ceiling, high floor fitness experience has provided me with the physical and mental strength I didn’t even know I was looking for. I joined OTF because I wanted to provide myself with opportunities to move my body in a low-pressure environment where I could start to get back to feeling like myself after having two c-sections. I gained so much more. At OTF, you only compete against yourself and at the NHP location specifically, the extremely supportive and friendly staff help you reach your goals and beyond. This place is more than a gym, it’s a community, one of the best parts of my day and as a working mom, one of the best decisions I have made for ME! “I’ve been a member for almost two years now. I joined because I was getting bored at my gym and the classes weren’t doing it for me anymore. I love it here because everyone is high energy and the classes are difficult so I feel good after I’m done. It’s nice to not have to think after work and have a coach tell me what to do instead. Staff is great and everything is very clean and well managed. It’s on the pricier side but if you have the means I highly recommend joining.”

“Been going here for a full year, I lost 80 pounds training with Derek. To help keep me on track, if we can't schedule a session for some reason, he will send me excersizes to do on my own. This helps me have better independence when I go, very helpful for someone who is new to training it helps give me more confidence. Since last year, I no longer have hypertension and my diabetes is cured ?(not even pre-diabetic) i am off all medication.
Shoutout to the people at the front desk that make me feel welcome every time I walk in. And a special shoutout to everyone that remembers I get water every time!”

“All I can say is that the school is beyond amazing. Pierre does everything he can to make it affordable and comfortable for each student. My two daughters as well as my niece went for marshal arts training, jujitsu and boxing. Pierre did a amazing job at making it fun and teachable. I’ve tried other schools but none can compare to this school. Honestly, it was one of my best decisions to put my kids in this lovely and amazing school. They loved learning and it’s great exercise. I can’t recommend this school enough. Definitely try it at least and you will be hooked.”

“I took my first class very early one morning, so it was just me and one other person. This made the class feel very personal, and the instructor was able to train us on a better level. It was a 30 minute class that consisted of using the climber machine half the time and then doing light weight lifting the other half. I wasn't crazy about the machine because it was a bit too intense for me, but I enjoyed the other half of the class. The instructor was awesome and kept pushing us beyond what we thought we could handle. I don't think this is the type of studio I would buy a membership at, but I would buy some drop in classes.”

“Recently joined this new fitness center, and overall, our experience has been positive. The indoor pool and saunas are fantastic, providing a refreshing and relaxing atmosphere. One of the standout features is that the facility is never crowded as it is in a basement of a commercial bldg.The lockers are clean and spacious.However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The center's hours, particularly on weekends, are a bit short, which might be inconvenient for those with busy schedules. Additionally, we noticed that the showers could use some attention, as they appear to have mold issues.In the men's room, the hot sauna requires upgrading; the wood is coming apart, and there are screws sticking out, posing a potential safety hazard. It would be great if the management could address this concern promptly.Another aspect worth mentioning is the restriction on open swim for young kids. It would be more family-friendly if there were designated times for families to enjoy the pool together.Despite these areas for improvement, we have generally enjoyed our time at the fitness center and believe it has great potential. With a few adjustments to the hours and addressing the maintenance issues, this facility could easily reach a 5-star rating.”

Julian, Melissa, and Shannon are amazing instructors that take the time to really know you and your goals.
