We encountered a questionable private operator who targeted unsuspecting diners at one of restaurants (Kotobuki).We had briefly left the parking lot after our meal to explore the surroundings when this individual clamped the front wheel of our car. He demanded a cash payment of $162, insisting that he was doing us a favor by not towing our car. He adamantly refused any other form of payment.We were short on cash and received directions to the nearest ATM, where we reluctantly paid this individual. The situation was aggravated by the fact that the parking signage was unclear, especially on one of the worst rainy days. The individual, who identified himself as Anthony, even admitted that there used to be signage on both sides, but one had been removed without any clear explanation.When we requested to see his license or questioned the legitimacy of the payment, Anthony became aggressive and defensive, leaving us feeling terrified and coerced into compliance. We believe this incident warrants investigation to determine whether such practices align with ethical and fair enforcement of their stated rules and centre management policy. This experience has left a bitter taste, and we are still deeply saddened by it.

Our organization had a wonderful dinner at Besito over the holidays. The shopping center is extremely clean. I highly recommend visiting this gem.

Worst car rental I've ever had. I dealt with Fauroke (however you spell it)I booked this car because I was on a time limit. I booked it 3 weeks in advance. I get a voicemail 2 hours before I'm supposed to pick it up saying it didn't come in and will call when it's in. I went down to figure out what's up and the first thing he says is "what you don't have a phone" then I told him do you? Because I called you back 3 times he responded I must of been out. 2 hours later the car is finally in then he tells me you can't pay with debit even though I pre paid 3 weeks ago and they never mentioned anything. To make a long story short they made me cancel the reservation then wouldn't honor the price I originally booked it at then told me I can't rent a car because of computer problems. Called budget and put them on the phone and they said it's impossible to rent it to me because it was listed as rented from my old order. I did not get the car had to rent it from hicksville budget. Then when I passed the Roslyn Avis on the way home I saw he rented the van. Faurooke you truly suck and you should be fired. I'll never use Avis again anyone looking to rent a car for a good price don't go here it's not worth the headache. I had to pay an extra 200 because it was a same day rental. Had to drive 11 hours and they delayed me 6 hours so I had to drive through the night. 0 stars
