I wish I could leave a 0 star review!!! Do not Buy or Lease from GM or this dealer!!! I returned my Cadillac on 9/21/23 to the dealer I purchase the vehicle. GM financial completed their final inspection of my car on 10/3/23, a whole two weeks after I returned the car. When I returned my car, the person at Cadillac receiving the vehicle reviewed my car and said we shouldn't have a problem as the vehicle was in good condition and no major wear on the car. Today I received a certified letter from GM financial, a bill of $600!!!! Gm financial is charging me for damage that was not on my car when I returned it to them. GM financial filed a picture, of a scratch 20 inches long on my hood!!! I did not have a scratch on the car, and even if I did, I purchased paintless dent repair for the vehicle when I started my lease. So the damage they are claiming would be covered under my protection plan. the picture posted by GM doesn't even show my car entirely so how do I know this is even my vehicle?!?!?! this is extortion, I am now held accountable for damage on the vehicle that I did not do! I will be reporting them to the BBB. Buyer beware, do not purchase for them as they will extort you on your lease return. Take thorough picture and videos of your vehicle before you return your lease. I will tell all my friends and family of my experience and encourage them not to buy from this dealer or GM. - very disgusted consumer

My engine light came on, came here for repairs, just drove home today and the engine light came on again, I suspect they just turned off the engine light and didn't do any repairs or replacements! please give me an explanation

I had an issue with my back up sensors and side blind zone sensors on my XT5 Marino took ten car in and explained what they would do to diagnose the problem and and repair it. After only a fee hours I was given a call and told that the issue was resolved and the sensors were functioning perfectly now. Additionally I had asked for an oil change and I was told it was all taken care of. North Bay not only kept me informed but made the experience a good one. Thanks to everyone in the service department.

Once again would give a zero star if an option. Why did I go back ? they are the only service center with in 30 minutes on Locust Valley. Dropped the Escalade off for 3 things.... Took the car home they fixed 1. Warning to all DO NOT GO NEAR NORTH BAY CADILLAC, buy your vehicle anyplace else !!

Backup parking assistance line disappeared, went to to fix it , they reprogram the car , now the back up camera is completely OFF . Basically you bring the car to service , but make it worse , and you have to go back again when NEW software updated , but the car is brand new model purchased within 1 year . very interesting experience.

I came to this location and they were very rude and did not treat me with respect. They lied and did not help me at all. I do not recommend coming to this location for help, or fixing anything.

I brought my car for an oil change and service which is included with my lease. I had an issue with my rear window and it has taken over 4 hours for this oil change and for the rear window to be fixed. Guess what the window isn't fixed and now they come and tell me the motor for the window burned out and my window is down. Horrible service, over four hours, I rather pay for an oil change.

Barry , Marino , John and the staff are great. They keep your car rolling and shiniing. You guys are amazing! I bought my SUV in two months ago for service prior to a long distance road trip. Well my SUV ran like a well oiled machine to and back home. I will recommend you to others in the community!
