Thank you Rallye Acura for the most wonderful and easy process ever to buy a car. After shopping a few days for a car for my daughter we ended up coming here to look at a vehicle. I did a lot of leg work prior and new exactly what I wanted and called about the out the door price before coming in. While the other dealers also said that the price I see is in fact the out the door price , Rallye Acura actually stuck by it. We had the pleasure of working with Thomas . He didn't try to bamboozle me with any hidden fees or unneeded upgrades. He was engaging and very helpful and didn't play any games with us. We really appreciated the honesty and being upfront. I probably spent a total of 30 minutes in all at a desk doing paperwork. I will always recommend Rallye as the best dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle. See you in a few years for our next daughters car.

I'm giving one star because there's nothing less to give and I if I have a choice, I'd have given them a zero.These guys at the service center are not honest, professional or considerate. The maintenance on my Acura MDX is pre paid and I have taking my car to these guys for regular maintenance just to find out that they've been doing the bare minimum which was oil change and topping up the fluid. For almost 2 years, they never rotated my tires, never changed the cabin air filter, never changed the coolant flush or any of the other codes that came along with the oil change!I learnt from a friend who used to work with Honda Dealership that although the dealership get reimbursed by Honda for the maintenance that was prepaid by me when I purchased the vehicle, they get reimbursed at a much lower rate than if I were to pay for them out of pocket, hence, they try to refrain from doing everything listed with the codes that come on the panel, do the bare minimum and then reset the codes and just hand me back the vehicle and tell me that "everything is ok"!I had an "emission system issue" code and I took my vehicle to these guys 3 times and all what they did each time is that they reset the code and gave me back the vehicle and gave me a song and dance and told me that was a signal glitch / issue and now everything is good.When the code came back for the fourth time, I took the vehicle to a different dealership, where they were able to pull the maintenance records, checked and scanned the vehicle thoroughly and confirmed all these facts that I mentioned above!Furthermore, they were able to determine the real cause which was a faulty evap canister valve, luckily was covered by the warranty.That been said, these guys did nothing but deflecting the issue rather than addressing it. I'd never go back to them or recommend them to anyone and I'll make sure that I'd spread the word in social media and everyone that I know. This is bad business!

Today we picked up our 5th Acura TLX from this dealership. We have never had a more pleasant experience leasing a new car.It started with Anthony Pergolizzi our salesman, Anthony understood our needs, wishes and concerns and fought his hardest to get us the deal we needed. Thank you Anthony! Your the best!!!!! Upon receiving our car we met with the Finance Manager Robert O'Connor.Rob was a man after our own heart being a rescue dog owner we shared stories and pictures of our rescues and the dog we just lost 3 weeks ago. He understood completely. He wasn't a hard sell on extras and we knew which ones we wanted and he was very generous with our concerns. Thank you Rob! Your the Man.I was a concerned about learning all the new applications the car had to offer. Thank you Mark for having the patience and offering his services any time I needed technical support.Anyway,Thank you Rallye Acura for making this purchase and the 4 other ones so pleasantThe Steigers

Probably not the best time to buy a new car. However my saleperson Anthony, made my selection and purchase experience so easy and hassle free. Unlike the previous dealerships I was looking at- with their hard sell tactics, etc. Previously owned an Acura, which was great, but wanted to try something different, but then after the test drive and the great communication we ended up purchasing another Acura. Very happy.

Let’s just say I would not take my car here for servicing. I had 4 new tires installed and needed to go back four times to get it right . The tires were either incorrectly sealed or some other reason why the tires were constantly losing air. Makes you wonder technically how proficient these guys are with any service. If you pay a premium by going to the dealership for service, it better be good and it is not. Nice service manager but who cares when you need to go back and waste so much of you time there.Service: Tires

Not only did I purchase my car here but have been servicing my car here for years! Wouldn’t trust my Acura with any other dealer but Rallye. Customer service is too priority here. They treat all customers like “family”. Very reassuring to have them. Enza and Moon are the greatest!

For the past ten years, I have been servicing my cars and purchased two RDX's at Rallye Acura. I have remained a loyal client because of the outstanding service offered to me by the Acura family. On April 11, 2022, I ran over a truck tire that totaled my car and left me stranded in Suffolk County. When I contacted Acura's Roadside Assistance, they informed me that they would pick up my car and bring it to the closest Acura in Suffolk. Given my long-standing relationship with Rallye, I was uncomfortable taking my car anywhere else. I immediately called Rallye to speak to Chad Tammaro who handles all of my service visits. The receptionist at Rallye informed me it was his day off and wanted to know how to be of further assistance to me. I explained my predicament and was told that this matter would be looked into. While I was trying to call AAA to get my car towed, I got an unexpected call from Chad on the other line. It was such a pleasant surprise to hear a familiar voice during such a stressful time. Chad was very reassuring and told me not to worry. I don't know how Chad did it, but he took care of everything from A to Z. My car was towed to a nearby facility in Carle Place, a rental car was arranged for me, and he put me in contact with ZB negotiations. Chad was a complete God Send!!! The whole process was seamless and thanks to his networking with ZB negotiations, I received an additional $3K for my settlement.Chad isn't the only person who I need to thank in this letter. Unfortunately, I desperately needed to replace my car during one of the worst car shortages in my lifetime. Of course, I contacted Will Vergez because of my previous positive experiences with him when purchasing my current/totaled car. Will was given the near impossible task of finding a used Acura RDX that matched the same specifications of my totaled car. Within a few days, Will proved to be a miracle worker and found a near duplicate to my white 2019 RDX with nicer rims and a running board. Will exceeded my expectations and managed the process with finesse.As I look forward to my first service appointment for my Acura RDX, I feel the need to thank Chad Tammaro and Will Vergez for being my guardian angels when I needed them the most. They both went above and beyond what was expected of them. Given the outstanding service I have received over the years and during this trying event, I enthusiastically remain a loyal client of Rallye Acura.

Becareful of work recommendations. I was incorrectly informed that I needed an air filter change as part of my oil change. I frequently change my own cabin and engine filters. And I did so just weeks ago! When I explained, the service guy went into shop and came back moments later apologizing. Sounds very suspicious and wonder if this "mistake" happens frequently.Service: Oil change

Purchased my 2022 Acura MDX Type S Advance from this dealership. Went to the Service Department on October 4th, 2022 due a clunking noise when turning the steering wheel side to side. After doing some research, I found out that this is a common problem with 2022 Acura MDX's due to the tie rod ends being improperly torqued from the factory. I went to the Service Department at 7:00am which is opening time. I was told by Service Advisor Kenny Persaud that since I didn't have an appointment and refuse to leave my truck, I couldn't be helped. I guess this is how they treat a customer who spent $74k before taxes on a truck. I didn't leave my truck because it's my only means of transportation, I wasn't offered a loaner vehicle and tightening up tie rod ends to factory spec doesn't take long. I ended up going to the Paragon Acura Service Department which took care of the problem in less than 40 minutes.
