I recently bought a used car from this shop. Very worst customer support I had ever with a car dealer. Agents are very cunning and rude, my experience was just dealing with some mafioso! The short guy in the finance was terrible, he don't know how to speaks to a customer in polite manner. For trading my car they offer 7.5 k and I sold the same car through Carvana @ 12k! So be very careful about dealing with these cunning guys!

Went in with a smile for a “free†courtesy inspection in order to determine if my vehicle should be fixed or traded in. I was very clear when I requested the courtesy inspection. Left with a bill, a frown, and some mints shaped like cars as a peace offering. I guess the bill was to force me to commit to making the trade in with them, considering they outright said if I did the trade in, then the bill would be waved. Felt tricked and taken advantage off. I have been loyal to this dealership for over 6 years and to Mercedes Benz for over 15 years. Did the trade in at an Audi Dealership ( happy I did). Have no reason to ever return to this dealership.

I suppose the best reviews are from repeat clients. We have purchased/leased the last 3 vehicles from Rallye Motors and beyond the spacious and comfortable show room filled with hundreds of new and used options the customer service is outstanding .

WORST COMPANY TO LEASE CARS FROM, SO I LEASED A SMART CAR 3 YEARS AGO AND ANTHONY ( THE ONE IN CHARGE OF THE SMART CAR DEPARTMENT) BACK IN 2015 CLEARLY TOLD US AND SAID THAT IT WAS NOT NECESSARY TO RETURN THE CAR UNWRAPPED. SO WE HAD WRAPPED OUR SMART CAR FOR PUBLICITY AND THAT WAS THE DEAL, TO LEASE IT IN CONTINGENCY THAT WE ARE GONNA RETURN IT AS IS. AND HE WAS ALL POSITIVE ABOUT IT. SO FAST FORWARD HE DOESN'T WORK THERE ANYMORE AS OF EARLY 2018 AND NOW I AM STUCK WITH THE UNWRAPPING FEES PLUS THE RETURN IN FEE. BEWARE WHEN YOU LEASE SMART CARS FOR PUBLICITY..

I recently leased a GLE350 and I couldn't be happier with my selection. I had the pleasure of working with Victor Cosme who really went above and beyond to make the process of turning in my old lease from a different company, and picking up my new car, as seamless and hassle free as possible. Victor has already worked with both my mother and sister and the the reason why they even chose a Benz vehicle was because of his excellent service. Victor really takes the time to know the needs of his clients. In my case, he worked around my busy schedule, built me a car with the features that he knew I would like, and kept the numbers and paperwork clear and succinct. Victor's charisma and rapport really makes you feel like a VIP.

Very professional, helped me as much as possible! Great service from these guys! This place is a great place to shop for MB I won’t be going anywhere else in Long Island to get a MB vehicle in the future! They saved my 2018 summer! I am confident when I bring my vehicle in for inspection, maintenance or repair I will have quality work done and great service. Lisa Chea is my go to when I need to schedule an appointment and have questions. I know she will make sure the work is done and I will not wait long to get service.
This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Rallye Motors and one of the big reasons why I have returned besides the quality of the vehicle, is the service. In the past I would avoid the dealer service centers but that mindset has changed and I am grateful that it is one less thing to be concerned about.

Rallye have been servicing my Mercedes for almost 3 years. The experience is always good. They're thorough and professional while still friendly and they make the whole experience pleasant and easy. I appreciate the flexibility of being able to take a loaner car on an extended service appointment or the option to take their shuttle bus to the train station. Very happy with them and their work.

I submitted an inquiry via the Rallye web site and received a prompt email reply and a pleasant phone call from Tom Walton in the Sales Group who invited me to stop by and see the vehicle that I had inquired about.
When I arrived at Rallye about 30 minutes later, Tom greeted my at the reception desk and had the car all set to go for a test drive.
When I found the car to my liking Tom offered to answer any and all of my questions in a very helpful and professional manner. We agreed on the price without any hassle and Tom introduced me to Buddy Ross, the Finance & Lease Manager who navigated me through the rest of the process without a hitch.
Two days later I arrived at Rallye to pick up the car and Tom Walton had arranged for a delivery specialist, Nico, to give me all the time I needed to learn about the great new features of my new car.
What a team!
Rallye Rocks!
