I have dealt with one of the worse real estate broker from this establishment, her name is Myong Suk Paugh our communication was terrible. I reached out to her two weeks ago inquiring in the apartment in Rosedale. She did not even remember who I was. I had to always remind her who she was talking to. She text me. She called me and didn’t act like she didn’t know who she was talking to. I came to the apartment when I discussed with her a week prior if she could talk to the landlord about section 8, she said she will talk to the landlord and she never got back to me then when I did a viewing at the apartment, she said I don’t know if the landlord is inquiring people with section 8 so I don’t know if the landlord is going to take section 8 she made me waste my money coming down there, knowing that the landlord wasn’t inquiring people with program then she said to sign a discrimination form stating that we do not discriminate against people, but I feel like it’s discrimination against people with section 8 programs she did not have the conversation with the landlord she made it seem like this apartment is taking section 8 programs all the while the apartment is not there was no communication with the landlord. She did not get back to me after I have to call her 1000 times she does not answer the phone. She asked to call me back. She does not call back. Her communication is terrible. She’s not informative at all, I would not recommend this real estate broker she’s terrible. She always have an attitude when I ask her questions. I would never do business with this company again.

Excellent and professional agent. I bought a house through her a few months ago. She was always available when I needed her. She contacted the sellers immediately if I had a question. Easy to work with and you feel like you are working with your best friend. She puts her customers interests first and offers expert advice guidance. I would highly recommend her for buying or selling a house or commercial property

Keora Alfred was a terrible real estate agent. She secretly represented us (the buyers) and the (seller). She didn't even show up to the closing. Avoid doing business with Keora at all cost because she is deceitful, criminal and careless.

My dealings with Keora through Realty Connect was excellent. I'm really not sure what the previous review was all about since clearly if you check on all of her reviews on Zillow etc, clients were beyond satisfied with her services and they including myself adored her. She was very knowledgeable at what she does. We loved her from the minute we met her and she guided us throughout the buying process and was by our side every step of the way. yes, that meant she was always with us....thats what your realtor does, they stick with you to make sure you're well protected. just let the facts speak for themselves. We purchased a home and we couldn't have asked for a more better realtor to help us.
