We came in here, looking for unique pieces and had a very pleasant experience working with a sales representative, whose name I cannot, unfortunately remember. She was extremely nice and very friendly, and gave us a lot of useful information about brands and the furniture pieces we were interested in. We were looking for something specific that this location did not have but the sales representative took her time to help us find similar options that she knew of even though their location did not have this product, which makes me very grateful because she had some great ideas and knowledge to share. I would definitely consider coming back here to shop for other items. I would say, though that we were very lucky to get this woman's help because it didn't seem that other representatives in the store were interested in helping customers. A few people sitting at desk didn't even acknowledge that the front door of the store opened yet It seems like we were the only customers walking in.

Drove from Queens. I, with a fractured leg, my service dog, my husband walking into the store and an older man comes up to us and says that there are no dogs allowed in the store because once they had a incident with another dog that threw up on their 14K piece...

Stay away from this place! I went in with my family and purchase an $8000 sideboard. What I ordered was a brand new sideboard cabinet and what I received was a floor sample with concealed damage. This company tried to conceal the damage but it was still obviously present. I did not accept the delivery after inspection. This is totally unacceptable, not to mention illegal to sell a used item marked as brand new. This is suppose to be a high end furniture store. Roche Bobois never reached out to try to resolve the issue. Our family had to reach out to the store to try to resolve with a manager. First we were offered 50% off of what was already charged to take the used item and then later be charged full price when receiving my original order. What kind of customer service solution is this? Having to pay half price to rent an item because they made a mistake or tried to scam my family? We went back and forth with Vinco Lakic, the commercial director of Roche Bobois and his solution was essentially take it or leave it. This store is unbelievable and a scam. We will not be returning as customers.

STAY AWAY! Placed an order for a sofa, two chairs, and some pillows. When I asked for a swatch of the leather to match up paint, the salesperson and I noticed it was two completely different shades. Since she couldn't tell me which one I would be receiving, she put the sofa on hold and ordered a swatch from Italy. After waiting over three weeks for the swatch to come in, she called me and told me the sofa is now 30% higher. No it was not on sale. this is NO JOKE! Sadly, I could not cancel the chairs on my order since the order was placed. They shipping department charges your credit card for merchandise and never calls or contacts you to set up delivery and it is impossible to contact them because they don't answer their phone. It is now four weeks since they billed me and when I called the Manhasset store and spoke to Brendan, he told me the shipping department would call me when they "get a chance" but wouldn't say when. STAY AWAY!
