It’s a good place to train kids for their tennis skills and mental toughness. Coaches are very professional and helpful!

Beware: Check your monthly credit card statement carefully. I had to call to correct my billing multiple times and had to follow up via email multiple times as well. Their target customers are senior citizens who overlook their credit card statements. I cancelled my membership 2+ years ago when I temporarily moved out of the area. When I returned and attempted to rejoin, they tried to charge me a reinstatement fee of $150. The membership is pricey and you don't get what you pay for. Matt Li (assistant manager) is difficult to deal with.

great tennis spot with ample parking. They took my temperature with a thermometer attached to the wall that you have to walk by to enter. Great tennis store on premises

Courts are ok. Too dark. Too expensive.

Most of the pros are good, but, Wayne has personal issues and thinks he owns the courts and not there to just feed the balls to paying customers.

The Front Desk personnel are clueless, unprofessional and rude.

The people at Roslyn and Syossett are the best - and the entire Sportime operation runs like a top. Best tennis on Long Island!

The staff was very tolerant of bad tennis players like me. They made it fun for our group. We all had a great time! Thanks!
