I furnished my entire house with Serena and lily in roslyn. Sean Patrick was amazing amazing!! He spent SO much time with me, was so responsive, answered all of my questions and I can't be happier with everything we chose. As a new home owner this was such a seamless process. Highly recommend

This is a fabulous design shop. I do not get to Long Island frequently, but this design store is worth the trip. I have been working with Sean Patrick O’Brien for several months now to refresh the decor in my Westchester home. He helped me to choose furniture, rugs, pillows, bedding, lighting, and decor items. I love everything he helped me choose! Sean has great style and inspiring ideas and is always accessible by email, texts, and phone. I highly recommend Sean Patrick and Serena & Lily at the Roslyn shop. I have also found Serena & Lily to have great customer service for the rare return or exchange you might want.

The Roslyn Serena & Lily store in Roslyn is so enjoyable to walk through and the sales assistance are wonderful! I had a great expereince with Shawn who assisted me with my driftwood coffee table, carpet and bar cart! The White Glove service men couldn't have been nicer and moved my furniture back to the carpet they delivered. One slight snag, after the delivery men left, I noticed my coffee table had a slight damage at it's base. Pam from the Roslyn location could not have been nicer and super professional. She immediately responded and took care of the issue... they are swapping the tables out in a few weeks. I can't wait to come back!
