“North shore auto collision made the stressful process of getting my vehicle repaired after an accident so much easier and less stressful. From the moment I walked in to their office after my car accident I felt taken care of. Nicole walked me through the next steps and what to expect. The team was clear, communicative and responsive through the repair process. Most importantly the repair and work they did on the vehicle is fantastic. The car looks and drives like it was never in an accident at all. They also detailed the car so it was a nice surprise to pick up a spotless vehicle. Thank you for taking such great care of me and my car, guys. I Will keep you guys in my back pocket for any future needs for myself as well as friends and family.”

“I got rear ended earlier this month and first class collision SAVED me. Truly, I cannot recommend them enough. They were such professionals, had excellent communication, and customer service. They’re an exceptional family-owned business and I cannot recommend them enough. They handled everything for me- between my insurance company and the car rental place. They returned my car and she looks brand new, i couldn’t be more happier with them.”

“I had an excellent experience with this autobody repair shop! I needed my passenger-side mirror completely replaced, and from start to finish, the entire experience was wonderful. I initially spoke with the owner, Brian, who happened to be on vacation with his family. Even while away, he was incredibly helpful and encouraged me to bring my vehicle in so his team could take care of it. That level of customer service really stood out to me. When I arrived, Andy greeted me kindly and helped escort my vehicle into the garage. He and Fernando worked together to complete the replacement, and they were both professional, efficient, and incredibly timely. The work was done perfectly, and I was back on the road without a long wait. And an extra bonus: the owner’s dog was hanging out in the office! I got to give some pets to a very good boy while I waited, which definitely made an already great experience even better. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. I highly recommend this shop and will absolutely be coming back if I ever need autobody work again! Thank you, Brian, Andy, and Fernando!”

“They fixed my window after my car got broken into way sooner then they had estimated which I greatly appreciated! The services I had done were decently priced, there’s a star missing only because there was some glass left under my seat where the damage had happened.”

“I’ve been bringing my truck to Pat at Dial Transmission for years, and he’s always been the guy I trust when something goes wrong. From rebuilding my transmission to helping diagnose and fix other ongoing problems, he’s consistently gone above and beyond for me. He fully rebuilt the transmission a couple years ago. Fixed something else under warranty, reprogrammed it, did whatever it took to make it perfect. Before I left on a cross-country road trip, Pat made sure my truck was completely sorted out and road-ready, even helping me right up until the last minute before I left. That really showed me how much he cares about his customers and the quality of his work. Good mechanics are hard to come by, but finding one that’s honest, dependable, and actually takes pride in what they do is even harder. Pat is one of those people. I wouldn’t trust my truck with anyone else. Thanks again”

“Often time things happen to our vehicles where we think that it'll be a quick, simple, and inexpensive repair, only to get shocked with an obscenely high estimate, a longer than desired time to complete the work, and results that hardly make the car looking as good as new. Not so with Masters Collision. From the moment I walked in Billy welcomed me like we've known each other all our lives, establishing a trust with honesty and compassion. Tracey the receptionist was also a delight to work with. Within a day my car was fixed, and yes, looking as good as new. And I did not have to miss a mortgage payment to pay for it. The charge for the repair was more than reasonable. I hope nothing ever happens to my car again, but should an accident find me, Masters will be the first and only collision shop I'll run to.”

Jack is very professional and such a kind gentlemen!!! I truly had a wonderful experience with this place. I would definitely recommend Center Island to my friends and families.”

“By far the best auto shop I’ve been too. I can’t even convey my thanks to how far of above and beyond they went to help me. Mr Chris, was always extremely attentive, to the point, and always looking for the best and seamless way to make the customers transition as simple as possible. From getting dropping of your car, to getting you into your rental and vice versa. I know it’s usually standard for your car to get clean but most places do a quick “barely there” clean and it almost makes no difference. But they make sure you feel good picking up your car. Hugo is such a big help too! Thank you 🙏🏼 I don’t wish any more damage upon my car, but if I need it. I know the best place I can go ❤”

“Had to get my car towed the other weekend, this was the company my mechanics recommended. Angel arrived very fast and not only took care of my car in a timely manner, he went above and beyond by taking the time to show me several things I could do in the future to solve my problems should I ever encounter them again. If all the personnel employed by this company are as professional and knowledgable as Angel is, then you can 100% trust that you are in the best hands you could possibly be in should you need your car towed! Thanks again for saving my day and keep up the good work!!!”

“In need of repairing my mother’s 2025 Corolla, I visited local auto body shops referred by colleagues. Each was asked “how long” and “how much” and as expected, they were all in the same ball park, that is, until I spoke with Phil Jr. I’m not easily impressed but Jr. took the time to educate me, explaining what’s required and what wasn’t (i.e. other shops ploy to increase the cost with work that wasn’t necessary and may not even be performed). Next came the time factor, ranging from 1 - 2 weeks; however, Jr. promised 3 - 4 days. Last, the conversation turned to providing an estimate and the price Jr. told me was 2.5 - 3x LESS than the others. Suspicious, I still elected to have the work done here. Well, not only was the job completed within 2 days, but surprisingly upon pick up, Jr. repeated the same price as his estimate. Needless to say, I was blown away at the quality of work, the speed in which this was completed, and without any hidden costs! I couldn’t be more delighted and will certainly recommend Jr. and his staff to those in my circle.”

“I can't say enough good things about Sal and his team at Centre Autobody! They did an amazing job fixing my truck after it was involved in a pretty bad accident. They kept me updated the entire time and handled everything with the insurance company, which made things so much easier for me. The repairs came out FANTASTIC and the truck looks amazing again. Really appreciate the communication, professionalism, and how smoothly they handled everything especially just how great my truck looked after they were finished. Definitely recommend Centre Autobody if you need quality work done.”

“Absolutely exceptional service! From driveway back to driveway. Karl made a very stressful incident as stress free as possible. My truck went in with a load of boom booms and came back looking better than the day I grabbed her from the lot and brought her home. The paint looks brand new and sparkly and I couldn't be happier. Thanks so much!!!”

“Alberto is super fantastic and I need to give a credit to his crew. They do professional quality work. I took my dad's car to Alberto to see if he would be able to fix a major problem. My dad was spray painting an object 6 feet away from his car on a windy day. Long story short, the overspray got all over his brand-new car. To make things worse he took acetone to the car to remove it (per the advice of a store associate). Alberto looked at the car and said no problem. I left the car with him and 5 days later, I swear my dad's car was brand-new. It looked better than when we picked up the car from the dealer. I have been going to Alberto for years and his professionalism and crew has never once changed, and the quality of work is the best. Thank you, Alberto and your Crew.”

“I was recently involved in an accident and brought my car to Executive Pro Auto Collision in Hicksville. From the moment I walked in, everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. The repairs were paid for privately, and they gave me a very fair and reasonable price. What really stood out to me was the level of customer service. When my car was ready, one of the owners actually came and picked me up and brought me to the shop so I wouldn’t have to take an Uber. That was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. My car looked absolutely brand new when I got it back. The detailing was honestly better than any detailing I have ever received anywhere before. They clearly take pride in their work and truly care about their customers. Everyone there was so pleasant, and the entire experience was wonderful from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Executive Pro Auto Collision to anyone who needs collision repair. Excellent work, excellent service, and genuinely wonderful people!”
