This post office is truly awesome. The one thing they do not have is a notary public. Luckily, we are located right across the street, and provide notary services.
I highly recommend USPS in Roslyn as all the staff are extremely friendly.

Highly recommend. Lois helped us out and she was professional and kind. She made a mundane visit to the post office enjoyable. Also - close to a pharmacy, coffee, etc. if you’re running errands. Plenty of parking nearby.

It’s a post office, so my expectations aren’t that high to begin with. Overall, they are doing a decent job but could use additional staff to accommodate all the customers there (beyond passport photos)

The staff is terrible! Do not go to this post office! I asked the employee Michelle if I could speak to the supervisor over a package that never arrived after a month and a half for which I paid 2 day shipping for and she gave me an attitude and said “so” The supervisor Eric pretends to be helpful- will take down your number and never call you. Don’t waste your time here. No one working there knows what they are doing nor wants to be working. If they can avoid you they will!

As a business, we rely on our local postal service to be consistently reliable and speedy. On a few occasions, mail that we have sent out to clients has arrived past the delivery date. On this last occasion, we mailed out a package to a client that was supposed to arrive a week ago today, only to get it back in our mailbox today. It was a package that should have reached its destination 2 days following dropoff. According to its tracking information, it made a trip to White Plains, then Jersey City, to come back to Garden City and delivered back to us. We will stick with the post office in Roslyn Heights until Roslyn shapes up their service!
