It’s a post office, so my expectations aren’t that high to begin with. Overall, they are doing a decent job but could use additional staff to accommodate all the customers there (beyond passport photos)

The staff is terrible! Do not go to this post office! I asked the employee Michelle if I could speak to the supervisor over a package that never arrived after a month and a half for which I paid 2 day shipping for and she gave me an attitude and said “so” The supervisor Eric pretends to be helpful- will take down your number and never call you. Don’t waste your time here. No one working there knows what they are doing nor wants to be working. If they can avoid you they will!

As a business, we rely on our local postal service to be consistently reliable and speedy. On a few occasions, mail that we have sent out to clients has arrived past the delivery date. On this last occasion, we mailed out a package to a client that was supposed to arrive a week ago today, only to get it back in our mailbox today. It was a package that should have reached its destination 2 days following dropoff. According to its tracking information, it made a trip to White Plains, then Jersey City, to come back to Garden City and delivered back to us. We will stick with the post office in Roslyn Heights until Roslyn shapes up their service!

Horrible staff that work there. They would lie about not able to book passport appointments or claim that they are fully booked just to turn you away. No one knows what to do there. And the guy answering the phone is extremely rude.

Today we visited this post office with our young twin boys and infant girl for passports. The staff and supervisor were helpful and patient with us throughout the process. They were also friendly and engaged with our children. We had a wonderful experience! The US Postal Service should be proud of this exemplary office!

Worst Post office. I missed the first attempt the other day so i called and requested for redelivery, they said it will be arrived again the following day, March14 so i stayed at home the whole day but it never came so i called customer service AGAIN to request to keep the mail at post office so i can just pick it up myself. I WENT and surprisingly, they put it for a delivery! Like what is the use of calling your customer service and make a request if you don’t know how to follow it and worst they act like it’s my fault and i have to figure it out myself. Useless!

I get other people's mail 4 out of 6 days per week, including packages. I have tracked it over 3 months. Sometimes my neighbors bring me my mail, I do the same for them, but I am sure some neighbors don't. I was late on a mortgage payment because I didn't get my statement, that was the final act for me.
