“My wedding there on July 20, 2019 was beyond the most amazing experience in my life time :) I received the best service from a great person named *Jordana* let me tell you she was there with me all the time I’m 6 months pregnant don’t know nothing about these weddings and she made me feel happy and ready to go, my guests were amazed with her service as well they said wow she is like family! &&& also big thanks to ivonne, bridal attended and amazing staff - thank you everyone for making my wedding dream come true !!! I recommend doing wedding any party there!!!”

“I was at Vienna of Roslyn on Friday, January 26th for a Sweet 16. I had a wonderful experience and as I looked around, so did everyone else. The staff were so accommodating and professional. Everyone seemed to pitch in where it was needed to make the guests feel special and attended to. Huge shout out to the DJ's. They played music for every age group and everyone was on their feet. 10/10 for service and fun!”

“One of the best places to send kid.I love this place- day careThey take care of the kids like there own.With love, care , simple human gestures that matters.Parents have full access by logging in to app where shows there activities, meals, potty, curriculum and a lot of photos.You are on top of everythingYou have full access to see the kids on app.Meals- oh boy…. Home cooked meals, kids love it.I like they served variety of food and small portions but very frequently.My son is always happy when I pic him up, it means he have good day, he’s rested and he’s feed and learning ?Always amazing artwork comes home.Kids are happy seeing there art exposed on the wall. It brings there joy.Director is amazing person.Occasionally they have outdoor parties and celebrations events. You get to know everyone, staff and head of directors. Even there moms comes over.Last even was hosted for the end of the summer, we got to try a lot of home cooking meals and if this is what the kids are eating Im sold… it was DELICIOUS ?”

“DO NOT STAY HERE -What a terrible place to stay at. The rooms are okay at best. But it’s really nothing compared to how they conduct business here. For one, this place is sleazy. There are many hookers and married men whom they let flaunt all over the lobby. Besides this fact, front desk staff is ok. But the manager here named Clara Alvarez is the most RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL person I have ever met in my entire life! Not once have I seen anyone conduct themselves like this before. I merely came here with my husband and child and wanted to be check in a couple hours early (as a holiday inn platinum member) as we were traveling from across the country. My child was not feeling well and my husband and was tired from driving for 22 hours straight. We weren’t offered any snacks or water by the male manager. I even called in advanced and spoke to Fabian who told me they had baby beds which of course they did NOT! The front desk couldn’t help me and I needed to speak with management. Boy this lady was a bat out of hell. The level of disrespect and indecency was incredulous. She not only told us not to stay or come back here but she said if we didn’t leave she would charge our card and told us “good luck getting your money back”. She acts like she owns this place and has never conducted business before. Who hired such a woman??? Please someone fire this lady. Not a single family member or friend of mine will ever be going to another Holiday Inn until this lady is out of a job. DO NOT STAY HERE!”

“This was our second stay at The Roslyn and it was even better than our first.This hotel is beautiful and charming - it looks like someone took an older building and shaped it with a lot of care and love. It feels cozy without being pretentious, a comfy classy vibe.Raj also made our visit extra special, informing us about what to expect at our stay and also surprising us with a slice of cheesecake for my partner's birthday! It was unexpected and made the night feel more special.Lastly, their restaurant (Atlas New World Bistro) is an unexpected presence. The food there is really good, like someone in there definitely knows how to cook! From the Eggs Benedict to the Croque Madame, it's hard to go wrong when you're craving breakfast or a weekend brunch.And special mention to their breakfast potatoes - I don't really like home fries, but these are so good. Like, crispy little cubes that still feels light, seasoned well and it's really unlike most generic home fries. Definitely worth a try!”
