Fantastic shop! Was in and out really quickly. Got everything done that I needed to. Super friendly people that work there, enjoyed chit chatting with them, too. I'll definitely be back for future needs. I was looking for a local, smaller, down to earth type of shop, so I'm happy.

My 89-year old father got a flat tire late Friday afternoon. AAA took the car here and we weren’t sure what to expect. Dad got the call Saturday morning that the car was ready. When we got there, they had repaired a nail puncture and wouldn’t let him pay. My husband’s reaction: well, this is going to be our tire place now.

Worst customer service both here and at corporate location. I made an appointment a week prior and showed up on time to find the door locked. A guy poked his head out and said they were closed for the day. I called the corporate office and they said all locations were closed! No notice was given to customers as 3 other people showed up and were turned away. Completely unacceptable and no remedy offered.

They were busy here, but managed to squeeze me in for pulling a screw from tire and patching it. Thanks guys! Price was fair, unlike Mavis (plus Mavis wants all your info. to put in system before they work on anything....even if your paying cash)

WOW••• 12 hr drive home to Canada and came across a flat tire. Called four places near by highway...and this place was next to call and got us in within 20mins. Meanwhile other near by places were out to lunch and didnt seem to care of the panic and urgency!!! 15 mins later got the call while we went for a walk that our vehicle was set to go and head home. With full attentions of paying the owner handed us our keys and said safe travels back!!! This is on me! I highly recommend this tire spot. Hard working and caring people are still out there. I will make sure to past along a good deed ahead. So thankful to had landed at Adirondack Tire Service !!

Been going here for years. Ted has been very accommodating to not just myself but my family and friends I recommend. I just recently brought my vehicle for an inspection (after making an appt, highly recommended), showed up early and was in and out with zero issues. Everyone there is friendly, says hello and smiles. There are no special favors or deals but honest repairs and exactly what you need and done right. Keep up the great work!!
