Zero stars. No one was at the front to cash me out. So, I walked to the pharmacy with items that were over the counter drugs. It wasn’t like I had a ton of food and clothes. Lady was so rude and told me can’t cash out unless I have a script. Are you kidding me? I had three things. Would have been a better experience if she was nicer about it. Awful customer service !!

I have been a long time customer of CVS and it is my preferred pharmacy out of the many I have to choose from. I find the pharmacy dept. To be extremely helpful answering any questions that I have had, and forthcoming with communications if there is a delay n filling a medication, followed by a communication telling me when prescriptions are filled. I appreciate their app and use it ALL THE TIME ! The only negative I have is that their selection of OTC medications is very sparse and I often find shelves empty when sales. Overall, a decent store.

Discriminated in line waiting at the pharmacy to check out. Older white lady with short cut hair called the white man to pick up his prescription same as me even i was infront of him. When he told her i was next she said it didn't matter. It does matter if you have customers form 1 line and I waited my turn. I felt Discriminated and disrespected by the Rotterdam Cvs staff.

The manager Amanda in the pharmaceutical department is a absolute joke of someone in management. Incredibly rude, unmotivated, and selfish. She needs to be replaced ASAP. People like her is what makes this company look bad. If anyone from higher ups, sees this review, it’d be in your best interest to conduct an investigation on her.

Longtime faithful customer,but truly dislike getting forced to the self check out because you don't want to open a register at the counter. Why is this location NEVER stocked???? its early Sunday am and you have nothing that's in your flyer. Been trying to get Nature Made vitamins for weeks and still nothing on the shelf. You are forcing me to shop elsewhere

Your bathroom looks terrible, all I wanted to do was wash my hands but you didn't even have soap or paper towels. This is nasty and proof of how you treat patrons at your store. Look at these and learn a lesson! This was taken at your store on Guilderland Ave in Schenectady.

Pharmacists are very rude ! I was interrogated and accused of taking more medication than prescribed . If it weren't for insurance I would have left a long time ago . The good news is after January 1 I'm no longer forced to go there ! So you know what that means . Not before I file a professional misconduct complaint against 2 pharmacists . NYS office of the professions will be looking into this . See ya CVS

This CVS Pharmacy has a very long wait period. One-half hour after call-in, it still was not ready. They said it would be 5-10 min. NO ONE was ahead of me. There was no line inside or outside the building. After waiting 20 minutes, I went back to the counter to let them know that I have a sick husband in the car. The uncompassionate, rude snot at the counter did not make my waiting any less stressful. This is the second time for out-of-the-way waiting. Last time, I called in a full day ahead. They did not have it ready when I got there. They just lost my business.
