How lucky I am to have a CVS store # 4610 only 5min. away from home! Today was a great shopping experience, as usual. Rickilynn was very helpful @ the register as far as using all my discounts + she told me I also had a $5. Xtra buck, I didn't know about too. Always a clean , well stocked store.

*September 26 2024- Thank you very much to the pharmacy for helping make our yearly flu shots easy . The short paperwork to be completed was quick too. Also, I'm Hoping the executives acknowledge all these reviews and take time to thank all grateful customers, and employees who work so hard @their jobs too.

Horrible experience! The customer service at the pharmacy was absolutely unacceptable. I was treated very poorly by the brunette with a bun, she outright refused to help me and then started yelling at me for no reason. I left feeling disrespected and upset. No one should be treated like that, especially when seeking help. I won’t be coming back. Switching to Walgreens this place is a joke!

Amanda the manager was so rude. This is the cvs I always go to because it’s close to me. On multiple occasions Amanda was rude to customers and her workers as well. I witnessed her standing around and raising her voice at one of the workers I felt so bad. I hope corporate follows up with me regarding this matter.

When my doctor called my prescription in, i went to this cvs to pick it up and they said it was too early to fill. I came a couple weeks later to pick up another prescription and asked if this one was ready. The employee called over another employee. Apparently in the time it took to get the other employee over they were ready to close and the second employee who was supposed to help me literally closed the gate in my face and said to come back and ask again another day. Going three times to get a script filled is ridiculous, and taking a second to answer my question isn’t too much to ask. I’m transferring my prescriptions to the Walgreens across the street.

This store sells me my script which is injectables. I had a bunch of used needles and was told at the time of first getting the script to bring the used needles back to pharmacy and they would collect them and dispose of them. Today I was told that they don’t collect them. Guess I will just throw them out and hope nobody gets them. Guess they shouldn’t be allowed to sell the med if they don’t want to take the empty ones back.

Pharmacy is very poorly run. Just picking up a prescription can take 45 mins. If your going in the store for something specific chances are they'll be out of it even though it says they have it online. I'm not sure who is managing this place but they're doing a terrible job.

Pharmacy is the worst! Customer service is absolutely terrible. Everyone of them have a nasty attitude, if you don't like your job find a new one. Front store is Ok but the company in general is a joke.

I shop weekly at CVS for the great deals! The prices are a little different on the app vs in store which can make planning a bit difficult, but it's something I can work with. I'm not loving the now 2 week run ads rather than weekly ads; however, as far as this location goes- the staff is amazing, the store is clean, and it is my go-to store even though it is smaller and doesn't have as much in stock as the larger stores, simply due to the wonderful associates!

Worst experience at a pharmacy. We have waited in the drive thru lane for 1 1/2 hours. We finally get up to the window and after 10 minutes the lady said we’re only taking care of people inside. We get inside and the line is extremely long. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I’m sure this post won’t matter but I hope someone sees this and takes care of this matter. I wish I could give 0 stars.

There is a woman in the pharmacy who is very judgmental- and think she is a doctor who can determine who should and should not be on certain medications. She is constantly rude and condescending. She hung up on me after telling me I didn’t need the medication and she didn’t care.

This is the closest pharmacy to me, unfortunately. The drive-thru was the most horrific, unpleasant experience. There is a severe lack of training going on. It sucks that people that have to pick up prescription medication for their ailments are treated this way, as if they are a burden. I suggest the female-presenting person at the drive-thru consider a different type of employment where they don't have to deal with people.
