I shop weekly at CVS for the great deals! The prices are a little different on the app vs in store which can make planning a bit difficult, but it's something I can work with. I'm not loving the now 2 week run ads rather than weekly ads; however, as far as this location goes- the staff is amazing, the store is clean, and it is my go-to store even though it is smaller and doesn't have as much in stock as the larger stores, simply due to the wonderful associates!

Worst experience at a pharmacy. We have waited in the drive thru lane for 1 1/2 hours. We finally get up to the window and after 10 minutes the lady said we’re only taking care of people inside. We get inside and the line is extremely long. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I’m sure this post won’t matter but I hope someone sees this and takes care of this matter. I wish I could give 0 stars.

There is a woman in the pharmacy who is very judgmental- and think she is a doctor who can determine who should and should not be on certain medications. She is constantly rude and condescending. She hung up on me after telling me I didn’t need the medication and she didn’t care.

This is the closest pharmacy to me, unfortunately. The drive-thru was the most horrific, unpleasant experience. There is a severe lack of training going on. It sucks that people that have to pick up prescription medication for their ailments are treated this way, as if they are a burden. I suggest the female-presenting person at the drive-thru consider a different type of employment where they don't have to deal with people.

First time filling a prescription at this location. The Pharmacy staff has terrible customer service skills and should be trained accordingly. My advice to the woman working the pickup register is you should seek employment somewhere you might enjoy instead of bringing your misery to work. Maybe you should have chosen a job where you wouldn’t have to interact with people . An animal shelter may be a better fit for you. I would never fill a prescription there again.

I personally have had a great experience at CVS and I love all of there workers, but Johanna is one of my top favorites. Our experience was extremely enjoyable, great service, and everything I needed was in stock. They also have great cleanliness, I will definitely go to that CVS again! ?

Enough is enough. We've had problem after problem with the pharmacy at this location. First we had a huge back and forth regarding my wife's last name changing when we got married that took nearly five months for it to match the name on her insurance on the store's system. Then they filled the wrong dosage level for her thyroid medication, and just now they gave her 10 pills for her 30 pill script.She needs to take one of these every day to live, because she doesn't have a thyroid. In what world is a 10 pill prescription a monthly allotment.They are refusing to supply the missing 20 pills, even though she paid the full copay for 30, since it was entered into the system as 10. It's the last straw. We are taking all our prescriptions and business elsewhere, and never spending another cent at this store, and if we can help it, the company entirely.

I'm a very patient person and I don't normally do this but the pharmacy staff at this location are very rude and not customer friendly. I went to the drive thru yesterday to update my insurance info and was told I needed to come inside. I went to the counter and stood there for 20 minutes and the entire staff completely ignored me. They saw me waiting and no one came over or said I'll be with you. I stood there like an idiot and was ignored. I had to asked a staff member that didn't work there for help. One of the staff member that ignored me came and didn't even say sorry for the wait. Very bad customer service. I rather drive a longer distance to get better service.

Terrible patient care. Refused to fill a script per “clinical judgement” but could not explain the rationale. Called corporate to complain and showed how they were violating NYS law and was told I “may or may not” get a call back from local manager. They suggest I call the pharmacy thr next day because maybe a different pharmacist would be working that would fill it. Sorry my kiddos health deserves more than a maybe.

One star because I’m very very tired of businesses not updating their hours on Google. CVS google my business page, states store should be open at 7, sticker on door says 8. Literally wouldn’t have come until 8 had Google been correct.

So many bad experiences with CVS in Rotterdam. This time I handed them two paper prescriptions and was told it would be ready in 10. I walked the store for 6 minutes and when I returned to the pharmacy, they were closed for an hour lunch. In talking to someone behind the shutter, I found only rude exasperated responses. Mind you, these are the same staff that 6 minutes ago were standing around talking about Christmas pajamas. I have several scripts there and I will be moving them to Walgreens. Uncaring (NOT overworked) staff is ruining CVS.
