Been on hold for an hour! When someone finally picked up and I said hello they disconnected the call. Big mistake trying Walgreens instead of CVS. GHETTO!

I don’t trust the pharmacy staff. Multiple times pharmacy technicians almost gave me the incorrect prescription because they often have trouble understanding English. Scripts entered for refill and find out they were not properly entered into the system. One pharmacist is actually extremely rude and I have refused to deal with him for a number of weeks. Changing all my prescriptions elsewhere.

Pharmacist told me the wrong doctor and address, then had the nerve to rush me off the phone with an attitude after I told her that's not my doctor.🤔🤔😲

Absolute disgrace !
Tried calling pharmacy was on hold for 15 minutes . Called front of store and spoke to a very rude and clearly unhappy employee. I explained the situation and asked to have the pharmacy paged so I wasn't on hold another 15 minutes. She transferred me again to the que. No empathy or customer service skills. I will not use this pharmacy or shop here again!

I stop in to see my beautiful wife every day that she has worked here for well over 20 years. Everyone here is and has always been polite helpful and do the job they are allowed to do.

If you don't have to use this location, Do not! Not one time that I've called before I came to make sure my script was ready, was it ready. Then i wait ATLEAST 30 minutes sometimes to be asked to come back. In which case I'd wait an additional 15-30 minutes when I got back.

Avoid this location if possible. It is always understaffed and super busy. I've been on hold multiple times with the pharmacy where, after +20 min of waiting, they've picked up the phone and hung up the call... Meds are rarely ready when they say they will be.

Received Covid and flu shots here for our family. Entered a bunch of info on the Walgreens website and apparently none of it comes over in the local pharmacy system. A pleasant young woman helped me through it all and we did get the vaccines but it took much longer than I expected it to. Thankfully I was not in a rush.

This Walgreens is quite large with a lot of wide aisles, very brightly lit, well stocked, and very clean. It's in a convenient location in Rotterdam. The pharmacy is huge and staffed by at least 5 people plus whoever is working the drive-through. Paperwork is processed quickly here. There probably should be more chairs in the waiting area, today there were only 4. The vaccination area is tiny but sufficient, behind a partition.

I just want to give a huge shout out to the pharmacy team at this store! Went in to pick up my prescription but due to some confusion it ended up in a different location. They took care of calling the other store and filled the prescriptions while I was still there in like 15 minutes!! I appreciate them going out of their way to transfer the prescriptions and refill them so I didn’t have to go all the way to the other store. Thank you all so much!!

I’m so so disgusted with the staff in this store today. I was trying to get a label from fed ex and the young man was so rude and felt he tried to many times. While I was on the phone with the company’s and knowing the company heard Everthing,And then a young lady claimed she tried and just to get me out the store. I’m so sorry these young adults want to stand around and chat, dont help customer .
