At first it seemed great , until they started raising the monthly rates. They say they improved the property but its extremely rough shape. For the prices they want youd think there would be electricity in the units. Not to mention theres a new property manager every 2 weeks and they can never get the information right. Overall wasnt bad for what I need but for the location and what you get there are definitely better options out there

I recently rented a unit at the Rush Storage Mall. I went to retrieve some items and found that there was 1/2 inch of water in the unit. I called and let the “answering service” know the situation. Never heard back so I went again to my unit and saw less water but still some. I called again and was told that the manager would contact me but they didn’t know when. I went back to my unit today while it was raining and opened it to find more water. It started to pour rain and I could see that the gutters over my unit are plugged so the rain is spilling over the gutter, hitting the concrete pad and flowing into the unit. My stored items are being destroyed and no one seems to want to return my calls. This is so unacceptable.
