Coco Nails is super clean and all the staff are very polite. We take my mother in law / mother there to get her feeling special about herself. Grace and the other staff always greet her in a very polite and welcoming way. Definitely recommend.

Vickie does an excellent job with a spa pedicure. The front desk is poorly run, they don’t process credit cards (they have a portable ATM which isn’t safe), the worst outdated nail drying equipment of any salon in the area and SKY HIGH PRICES. I only go there because the location is convenient and there’s a big parking lot. I’d go more frequently if they corrected the significant issues.

I am never coming back here. I don’t feel welcome here and the treatment from all employees was very hostile. I got a massage and the lady was unlicensed and left me in a ton of pain. Not to mention, it is very dirty here and they don’t sanitize their tools between clients. I tried to give this place another chance but the lady at the counter was very rude to me and that was it for me. Don’t come here if you want to be treated badly and want an infection.

$52 for a regular Mani & Pedi, ultimate ripoff!! I didn't have time to go to my regular place. This place was close so went on my lunch hour. Never again!! It was nothing special at all!

I found my nail spot! Went for a full gel manicure and pedicure and I LOVE IT! This was 3 weeks ago and my pedicure is still amazing, my manicure I just got it off two days ago but it was still pretty good..
I got a back massage for free bc of the service I used.. I the place itself is very clean and everyone was so nice.. will definitely go back!

I go to Coco frequently and have never had a bad experience. When I moved to CT originally , I searched for a quality nail salon for a long time that felt clean & comfortable - Coco is exactly that. I went to the Greenwich/Riverside location for a long time and then moved closer to Rye Ridge and was pleased they had another location in close proximity to me.
Like any nail salon, they can get very busy, so I am always appreciative when they squeeze me in last minute. I love getting my nails done with Vicky - she always makes me feel welcomed & does a great job. Plus, they do a great job with massages during the manicure - I don’t even have to ask for one now, which is the best part!

Never going again!!! The lady that did my nails ran around the room berating me for a tip. Telling me I needed to give her a minimum of 20%. She did a horrible job with my nails (made several of my fingers bleed and now I have hang nails). She also made me choose a nail polish that was extra money.

Worst place in Rye Brook for Pedicure and Manicure. Absolutely rushed, zero attention to detail, poorly done and disinterested staff. Never going back.

Not very impressed. Went for a manicure and pedicure. My standard pedicure lasted not even 15 minutes. Totally rushed and not even taking the time. My manicure was just as worse. I had to ask to have under my nails to be cleaned, had to ask the technician to wipe off the clear nail polish off my critical and fingers. I guess she was sour because I said no to all the “up sells” because I didnt need them. For the price and how much time was spent I would go somewhere else.

I sat down for a pedicure at 11:50 and by 11:58 Sue was finishing up my pedicure and about to paint my nails which still had some old red polish on them. The most rushed pedicure I’ve ever experienced. No massage, no proper heel buffing, no proper ingrown nail removal even after I asked for this service multiple times. Sandy took over and finished what Sue had started, she was very nice and understanding. I really wanted to love this place but I will not be coming back.

Requested a reflexology massage but was brought to a chair for a chair massage, even though I repeated myself multiple times.The chair was incredibly uncomfortable and may have even made my back and hips feel worse afterwards, as I felt a lot of sudden discomfort walking afterwards.Would strongly encourage they get rid of the massage chair set up in the back as it's not ideal to be seated in for longer than 5 minutes.Was told reflexology massages here were great but disappointed I didn't even receive the intended massage at all.
