This review is for Customers Bank - T-Mobile Money. The security for this company is appalling. When I first opened the account about 3 years ago, my debit card number was stolen and someone attempted to use it in Germany. If I recall correctly, I had not even taken the debit card out of the envelope.Fast forward to today, I got a text that it had been used at the UK Vein Clinic for .13 cents and yesterday at Edinburgh.UK.gov for .12 cents. When I called the fraud department, they asked me like 5 times if I was SURE I didn't make the transaction. Why ask me 5 times?? Isn't once enough? Why would I waste my time disputing .12 and .13 - unless my account was compromised?? Very annoying that they wouldn't flag the first international transaction as fraud, especially since I've never made international transactions. Now I have to wait until the fraudulent transaction post to cancel the whole account. Luckily I only had .01 in there. It probably saved me from a bigger headache. My suggestion is if you don't have to do business with this bank, don't. There are other reputable online only banks with excellent rates who probably invest more in their security. I think 2 compromised debit cards in 3 years is significant. For comparison, I've had Capital One 360 since it was ING Direct (like 2010ish?) and my multiple debit cards have never been compromised.

Incompetent employees. Managers are not even in the bank for assistance. Tellers are completely lost snd work at a turtles's pace. Don't bank here unless you have plenty of time to waste.

I had a terrible experience at this location. I drove to this branch because I was under the impression that they were able to process a teller withdrawal from my BankMobile account. I am a graduate student, therefore my school allowed me to open up a BankMobile account for my stipend/scholarship. My main bank account is with CapitalOne, but I figured that Customer’s Bank would be able to process the transaction without charging me a fee. I opened the first door and saw an older woman in the vestibule and attempted to open the second door to go in. I was surprised to see that the door was closed and before I had enough time to react, a woman came from behind her desk and yelled at me saying that I have to wait outside. I told her to lower her voice and that her tone is unnecessary. She continued to yell and I waited outside until the older woman left. I came into the vestibule and the woman opened the door to speak with me with the same attitude and arrogance. I explained to her the situation and she told me that their bank does not process teller transactions. It wasn’t the information that bothered me, it was her nasty attitude and demeanor that made me very upset. I asked to speak to her manager multiple times and I finally spoke with her manager to let her know about her employee’s attitude. I would NOT recommend anyone going to this branch because they do not seem to care about their customers or BankMobile customers. It doesn’t matter if BankMobile is a subsidiary, the company is still affiliated with Customer’s Bank.

Perhaps it is because I am a woman of color or she was having a bad day, I cannot tell. However, I would NOT recommend anyone going to this branch because they do not seem to care about their customers or BankMobile customers. It doesn't matter if BankMobile is a subsidiary, the company is still affiliated with Customer's Bank.

After multiple attempts to gain help from Customers bank's BankMobile Vibe I have yet to be helped nor felt like this bank cares about their customers. I even reached out to their facebook page, but they blocked me after asking all my personal information. I have already filed with the BBB, and I am close to getting an attorney. This is has been an absolutely appalling customer service experience, Please stay away from this bank and any subsidiaries.

I'm moving tomorrow and have been waiting on a direct deposit to hit my account since Thursday/Friday. Well, the bank decided it was going to take about 4 days to do site maintenance and I'm unable to receive said deposit until their system is back up. I'm also unable to spend the money that's on my card. So this bank has royally screwed me over. Never again will I be using this bank. I will be switching to another bank after this. I recommend you DO NOT go with this bank unless you absolutely have to for your student loan/grant refunds. And don't bother calling their customer service because they're all outsourced to India and they have no idea how a bank even works.
