I had just been released from the hospital diagnosed with double pneumonia. I needed to get my medication. They told me that my insurance won't pay for my medication because the doctor that prescribed it Isnt a Medicare doctor. I went to the emergency room they all provide for Medicare. I was on the phone with the insurance company and back-and-forth in there three times and still didn't get my medication. The business day was over. Had to wait till the next day the next day I called the hospital had them send the prescription to 182 South Ridge St.where I walked in got my medication covered by my insurance and wasn't even a question not one problem at all

Excellent Customer Service!!! All employees are knowledgeable friendly and smiling....this is why I continue to shop at 253 South Ridge street in RYEBROOK New York... Store is also very clean and neat and well stock !! Great Store !!!!!

What happened to this store ????Manager and assistant are behaving in a very bad manner. Yelling at each other , laughing at customers , taking on their cell phones , and not helping customers. The craw at this store are very young and inexperienced . That store has the worst employees I have ever seen in any cvs in the area . It start with the store manager and her assistant . They are rude and demonstrating ugly behavior . I must exclude the employees at the pharmacy . The have been there for a long time and I think the people come to that store only for the pharmacy . Nice group of people . To the district manager: you must chose your people more carefully !!!

Shopped at this location today at noon and there was only one cashier and at least 14 people on line . She called for help but no one responded. This falls on the store manager. Extremely poor management skills. The manager has no concern for the customers . With the high prescription prices at all cvs stores you would think they would staff enough people for a Saturday knowing how busy they are on Saturdays.
