The pharmacy staff including John and Mercedes as well as all the others is why we go the extra distance to deal at the Rye Ridge CVS. Mercedes who works the late shift is alway super pleasant.she has consistently wonderful disposition.

Just picked up a prescription for my daughter at the CVS in Rye Brook, next to Lennys Bagels. The cashier in the pharmacy department (Mercedes) was rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and condescending. I reported her behavior to a supervisor and the supervisor said she's heard similar complaints from other customers. The fact that they are aware of her behavior and continue to let her treat their customers in that manner is ridiculous. She needs to be fired. I will NEVER go to that CVS again.

I have been a loyal and regular CVS customer for over 20 years patronizing both Rye Brook stores spending well over $1000 every year. On August 25th, I purchased purchased a one ounce bottle of Dior Poison at the 182 South Ridge Street location. The perfume is either spoiled or counterfeit and smells rancid. Unfortunately, the box was accidentally thrown out. I brought the product as well as the receipt to the store where it was purchased and the Associate was unwilling to return it without the box. I was told to call the Customer Service help line while I was still in the store. The customer service agent at the 800 number was able to bring the purchase up on her system. However even with that having all of information on her computer screen, she was not able to assist in helping the the store personnel in returning it. This is infuriating that CVS will not accept back a return with the receipt and all of the relevant information at hand. I have continued to patronize CVS out of convenience and gratitude for the great staff at he 253 South Ridge Street store despite the high prices for both prescriptions over the counter medication, everyday and grooming products. I will be moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy which has much better pricing on prescriptions and every day items. There is always a way for a store to make an exception, especially for a customer who has spent thousands in purchases over the years.

Pharmacy line has been 20 minutes + last two times I have gone. I’ve waited in line both times just to get to the front and be told my prescription isn’t ready. Was in unbearable pain both times. Figure it out. Will be using a new pharmacy from now on.

I was in CVS today and there was a shopper walking around with no mask. I had to let a clerk know. Signs everywhere about masks mandated by law. Someone should be manning the door. #5350 by lenny’s bagels in rye brook. unacceptable!

Went to pick up a few energy bars, big mistake. Not only was there selection poor but I found an entire box of Larabars that expired in October 2018.... it is not January 2019. Disgusting, I will be sticking to the CVS by Acme.

Terrible pharmacy, rude and dismissive pharmacist, ten or so people were waiting in line, many of whom looked confused and agitated. The only kind person was the blond pharmacist.
