What a total rip off. They are charging $5.23 per gallon against other area propane dealers that are charging between $3 and $3.50 per gallon. And their customer service is the worst. Try calling and not being put on hold for 10 minutes. We were with them for many years, but are now moving on finally

Company delivered gas in time. But: no opportunity to schedule and the person who came made a diagnostics of my appliances saying all is unsafe to use, put orange stickies on everything and gave me phones of his friends who are supposed to fix it. Things were working before, I was just out of gas… not sure what to do now

The representative I spoke on February 27th, 2024 to pay a bill was Jeff. What an outstanding employee!!!!!! He is an asset to Paraco!!!He was not only very professional and efficient but had a warmth and demeanor that made you feel like he was an old friend. He was so helpful and nice.
