Kim and other staff are super helpful in filling out my case of Red wine and even offering to take it to my car.The prices also beat other wine stores for the same wine. With regular discounts, I get a case for $8.50-$10 a bottle including tax!

The wine quality and selection here is excellent, and the deals are the best I've ever seen anywhere. The staff are friendly, and they observe all the necessary covid 19 rules. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone that drinks wine often.

I only frequent this wine shop once in a while. I went there recently and toldKim, the manager, exactly what I was looking for. Her recommendations were excellent. Everyone at my get together kept asking me where I by my wine!. Great service! I will definitely return.

IF YOU'RE A PERSON OF COLOR DO NOT GO IN. I wish I was able to give no stars as opposed to 1 star. My friend and I went in and were made to feel very uncomfortable by the tall Caucasian lady because, she wouldn’t even allow us to enter the store. We were greeted with a very condescending tone. If this is what you call customer service I will be taking my hard earned tax paying American money elsewhere.

If you are a person of color, you will be made to feel uncomfortable. My friend and I walked in as we were waiting to pick up food next door. We were greeted with hostility and a condescending tone by a tall Caucasian woman, as if we did not belong there. To make matters worse, the employee at the register, seemed to stare at us in awe. There were no signs saying that people cannot walk around to look for the wine or alcoholic beverage that they were looking to purchase-due to COVID-19. We also had masks on and were in compliance with the rules printed on the paper on the door. There was also no one standing at the door taking orders, as there was at Starbucks next door; to imply that one could not look for items to PURCHASE. It is very sad and disheartening that, especially in the climate of the world we are living in, people are still being judged on preconceived notions. My friend asked for a wine and she was told that it was not available, but it wasn't what the employee said it was how it was said that was unacceptable and unprofessional. She could have offered more options or even ask if there was anything else that my friend was interested in that would be comparable to what she was looking for. I guess that money isn't GREEN anymore. I do hope that someone finds this helpful and use caution if you are of ethnic origin because you will get stares and you will feel uncomfortable until you leave.

The worst delivery system ever.My wine was shipped to the wrong address 5 different times !!!! The breakdown/communications between them and their vendors is pathetic . On top of that when finally 1 of my 2 cases arrived,it arrived damaged with broken bottles and the box was so dirty/filthy I can only imagine how or where it was stored.Buyer beware !!!

This is in conjunction to their partnership with Laithwaites. The service since they were moving has gone downhill exponentially. It is a shame as I was really enjoying the wines I had been purchasing. There have been times that when they were out of the wine ordered, they didn't notify me, just replaced with something else. This last order was a fiasco. Not only was time wasted, but it ruined a holiday gift. I ordered about 12-14 bottles and 6 were my husbands favourite. They came just in the nick of time, but the 6 were not the ones requested, they were some other kind. No contact from them. I emailed them and they said I had a few options, to keep and pay, or to send back. They sent me a fedex label, and my husband schlepped the box to a fedex pickup. A couple of weeks later we got a box back, different from what we sent, with 4 bottles of the same wine (not the 6 we sent) and no note, just a sticker on the box saying "return to sender". I rang and after waiting on hold for a while was hung up on. I rang back, finally getting someone to speak to. She must have been busy on her phone or something as after I explained the whole thing, she said " what? I don't understand? what happened?" like she hadn't been listening at all. I had to repeat the whole thing. Then she said that oh, well they're out of the wine we originally ordered and she could give me a credit. I said for the 6 of the original wine? She said yes. I asked if I had to return the four bottles and she said no just keep them. The state they were in was shocking as well, labels scratched and one had the foil coming off at the top. Horrible customer service and it's a shame as they used to be so good. I hope they stop using their move as an excuse and get back to their old good customer service and fulfillment. I have a feeling they were out of the wine to begin with and that is why they stuck some random other in there. Shameful and it's not cheap either.

For some reason usually I pick something out from their small but nice selection, and end up paying half the sticker price. I think it might be because I joined their membership club (free to join)

The unhappiest worker in a wine store I've ever seen. And I feel real sorry for the person he was on the phone with. Hadn't been here in a while, but certainly never coming back.

Eric is AMAZING!! I have never visited a wine shop that allows the consumer to taste the wine before buying! And you don't have to purchase the entire bottle!! His knowledge of wines and alignment with customer taste is beyond reproach! The wines bring me there, the customer service and discounts keep bringing me back!!! Try the Stones and Bones if you're in the mood for a great Portuguese wine. See you soon Eric!
