I've been dealing with Wells Fargo for 20+ years and before that when it was Wachovia. The customer service reps are always pleasant and knowledgeable. I much prefer going to this type of bank than one of the big corporate ones like Chase and Bank of America. As long as Wells stays in business I'll continue to use them.

Entire staff from the tellers to the branch manager is extremely helpful and friendly. They try to make sure no one is waiting too long for help when it’s busy and get you on your way. Great branch!
