“North Stamford is a really great branch. Wayne, Antonella, Shahana, and Byron are very helpful and get my transactions done efficiently. The Branch Manager, Mirella, and Assistant Branch Manager, Connie, are really friendly and extremely helpful. As for the Teller Supervisor, Laura, she is also extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. The North Stamford Branch is one of the best branches I’ve gone to. I would highly recommend this branch for all your banking needs”

“Chase Bank in Port Chester is conveniently located on the corner of Willett Ave and Main Street. The bank is in a historic building with beautiful architecture. Eileen and the team at this Chase branch are outstanding people and true professionals. They provide A+ customer service and they really care about the people that walk through the doors. We drive 20 minutes away from our town to come here because of how great they are. If only every bank was like this one!”
“a citibank in glen cove on glen cove ave that has more then enough atm machines (8) so i can go in and go out in a snap. the bank is closed but was able to use atm in indoor lobby and it was not a mess like some city branches and no undesirables lurking around. it's pretty isolated in the area but the parking lot is well lite and plenty of cameras all around inside and out. got my cash and was on my way.”
“I had the opportunity to sit down and talk to Nadeska Martinez regarding opening up a student account. I thought she was great and professional. As a person who is clueless on everything banking and just getting started into the world of adulthood, she is very knowledgeable and it helped me understanding banking a lot more. These other bad reviews obvious dont have patience for anything and need to have a sense of understanding in things. Anyway, shoutout to Nadeska!”
“I came in around 3 pm Thursday afternoon because I had an issue with my online savings account. There were several people ahead of me waiting to speak to a representative. We were all pretty patient. A woman, who I later realized was the branch manager, would touch base with us from time to time, to assure us that we would get assistance. AN HOUR LATER, I could stand it no longer and flagged the branch manager down, saying I've been waiting!!!! Help me!!!! She led me to her office and I explained her situation. Unfortunately, my online problem could not be resolved in person. Argh! She was empathetic and definitely a cheerleader of the Citibank brand as she asked me to please keep my business with Citibank despite my online issues. She was good.”
