When you walk in, someone will usually run over to help you with the door and your stroller, and then welcome you to peruse or help you find exactly what you're looking for. If they don't have a size of something, they'll check their second location and HQ for you. They'll also send gifts directly on your behalf -- truly helping you every step of the way. Did I mention they're absolute pros when it comes to gift wrapping? Their bi-annual sales are a MUST and always highly anticipated by all of their customers.
