“North Stamford is a really great branch. Wayne, Antonella, Shahana, and Byron are very helpful and get my transactions done efficiently. The Branch Manager, Mirella, and Assistant Branch Manager, Connie, are really friendly and extremely helpful. As for the Teller Supervisor, Laura, she is also extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. The North Stamford Branch is one of the best branches I’ve gone to. I would highly recommend this branch for all your banking needs”

“I really enjoyed my experience today. I took my daughter out to have lunch before end of summer vacation. I had the $4.99 meal Dave's Double Cheeseburger, Shirley Temple and Triple Layer Chocolate Cake. She had the Kids Cheeseburger Meal and water. All of the Games were half priced and was included with the meal. Thank you Anthony for being our waiter and for your warm hospitality. It's been a long time since we visited there I'm so glad to be back at Dave and Buster's again! See you very soon!”

“a citibank in glen cove on glen cove ave that has more then enough atm machines (8) so i can go in and go out in a snap. the bank is closed but was able to use atm in indoor lobby and it was not a mess like some city branches and no undesirables lurking around. it's pretty isolated in the area but the parking lot is well lite and plenty of cameras all around inside and out. got my cash and was on my way.”

“As a usual 360 online customer, it was exciting to see real Bank Employees and other customers in person and face to face. Over the past few years, Capital one has shut down several branches. I drove over an hour to arrive at this one. The employees handled Customer Service well, the building was well kept from the outside and clean inside. I think I expected it to feel a little more cozier. Maybe 2 large vibrant plants at the entryway and some kind of wall decor. If you're not serving coffee yet from the pandemic, maybe put the lonely pot away for now. The Managers that helped me were inviting and went above and beyond. I would definitely drive her again for the in-person experience. It felt more efficient.”

“I came in around 3 pm Thursday afternoon because I had an issue with my online savings account. There were several people ahead of me waiting to speak to a representative. We were all pretty patient. A woman, who I later realized was the branch manager, would touch base with us from time to time, to assure us that we would get assistance. AN HOUR LATER, I could stand it no longer and flagged the branch manager down, saying I've been waiting!!!! Help me!!!! She led me to her office and I explained her situation. Unfortunately, my online problem could not be resolved in person. Argh! She was empathetic and definitely a cheerleader of the Citibank brand as she asked me to please keep my business with Citibank despite my online issues. She was good.”

“The 101 North Larchmont Blvd. branch of Chase is simply fantastic. I do not understand how other reviews could be less than five stars. The current branch manager, Jose Lopez, has developed a highly qualified and dedicated staff and a great place to bank Mr. Lopez interrupted his scheduled efforts to meet with me, carefully listened to my needs, and introduced me to one of his bank officers, Jordan McDaniel. Jordan McDaniel, an exceptional bank officer, is a rare combination of banking knowledge and customer service delivered with genuine care and consideration With Mr. McDaniel's assistance I was able to clearly understand all my banking options and, with his guidance and thoughtful follow through, I was able to achieve all I wanted to achieve in a timely matter. I would highly recommend this bank, this branch office, Mr. Lopez and Mr. McDaniel and the banking experience they have developed to anyone. They actually cook the bacon before putting it on the wraps. So I will gladly wait as to not get uncooked bacon like you do from the ones ob Knollwood Rd and Central Park Ave in Greenburgh”

“Giving this branch 5 stars because of the teller Zoe. Otherwise the bank itself is probably 3 stars. Zoe is amazing! Helpful, professional, and kind. Went out of her way to help me several times. She recognized me and assisted me once while on her break. She also made sure that someone gave me a follow-up call even when she was not on duty. I have had no issues asking for a broad number of services from this branch, but do keep in mind some services require a banker and not the teller, and those tend to take forever. Reserve at least 1-2 hours if you're trying to open a CD or a business account. It would be nice of this location to have a water dispenser for customers waiting. Chase on Prospect St. and many other places do.
I usually park at Target to come to this location. Within 30 minutes it is free. I am wary of depositing cash at the ATMs. There are a few horror stories on the Nextdoor app of money not being registered by the machine and the bank making you jump through hoops to get it returned. Also this branch's hours suck. Only open until 4PM most days and no weekend hours. Really wish they would open 9AM - 12PM on Saturdays like Key Bank.”

“School St great branch and Atms. But it is being replaced by the new nearby Forrest Ave. branch. When I went to the new branch the Atm said it was going to charge a $3 atm fee for a withdrawl. So I didn't do transaction I cancelled and left. The Atm at 201 Glen St in CVS is a no fee Atm. I think Forrest Ave has non-FLFCU Atms for now so 201 Glen St is the go to.”
