They stink. They tell you that your prescription will be ready in an hour and 3 hours later they say "we are working on it". They could care less about customers time. No wonder why their stock dropped like a stone. Mark Cuban should put them out of business.

This place sucks, the Pharmacy is a mess and unorganized.There is always one person at the pick up counter and a long line of people. My prescription was called in one day before. I waited on this long line at the pick up counter, only to be told that it is still not ready yet. So I said to the clerk at the counter, you mean to tell me that I waited on this long line for nothing ? Just shrugged their shoulders. Then I asked do you know when it will be ready ? Got no answer, lol, what a joke. I said I will be back tomorrow.I would suggest to go to, Mama Village RX in Mamaroneck, family owned mom pop Pharmacy with a great friendly knowledgeable organized staff.

I come from port Chester to this cvs because we don’t have anything like this there. So nice and filled with good stuff. Service is pretty decent too and there’s always parking ????????

I'm extremely disappointed with my most recent experience at CVS Pharmacy, which only exacerbated the already existing concerns about their poor teamwork and lack of cooperation.The most glaring incident was related to my prescription. On a previous visit, my medication was not ready despite being promised it would be. This was frustrating, but what happened on my latest visit was simply unacceptable. I was told explicitly by an employee that they didn't want to wait for the system to process my request. This shows an alarming disregard for customer service. It's a given that customers sometimes have to wait - it's part of the process - but to hear that the staff aren't willing to do the same is shocking.This trend of expecting customers to bear the brunt of inefficiencies, while staff members shirk their responsibilities, leaves a bitter taste. This level of service is not what anyone expects from a reputed pharmacy chain. Customer needs and patience should be respected, not taken for granted.In summary, the poor internal communication and lack of commitment to customer service at this CVS Pharmacy are seriously concerning. It seems that these problems stem from a dysfunctional team dynamic. My experiences have led me to believe that this is possibly the worst CVS I've ever visited. Significant changes are needed to bring their service up to standard.

Not even 1 ⭐️ in the pharmacy rude lady her name is Nazare not even welcome and don’t ask for reward points she looks unhappy we are never go back there again. She treat my coworkers bad too before I went there!

This is hands down the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Every time I try to pick up a prescription there is some sort of problem. The pharmacy techs are perfectly nice, but the pharmacists couldn’t be more unhelpful. They live behind automated messages and do not care about sick patients. I’m sure they are over worked and under paid, but that doesn’t give the pharmacist to come in unshowered and stinky. I will never go back to this pharmacy ever. Unfortunately I have been very sick for 8 months and the last thing I’m want is to need to argue to get my prescriptions.

This cvs improved over the yrs. It seems the entitled wealthy idiots have an issue of nearly running me over in the p-lot, tonight at approximately 8:45 pm a large Lexus suv white or pearl in color nearly hit me. This happens quite frequently, lets get sone more lighting in the p-lot shall we!!

The store itself is large, well stocked and in a great location with a lot of parking, but the staff is rude. Also, there are more self check out lanes than cashiers at the front so that is annoying but on to the review: I was using self checkout and following the instructions to place my bag on the self checkout counter when the prompt froze. The associate that helped me didn't look at me, scan their card and then waved her hand at me to to signal that I should remove the bag. I was really taken aback by it, especially since when she was done she said oh it didn't recognize your bag. Sure, but if I'm at self checkout and the prompt tells me to do something and the software and hardware don't connect, is that the customer's fault? I hate late stage capitalism. Anyway, this CVS gets my standard 3 star rating, because they are all just "OK".

We’re all people and I rather have to wait 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone calmly then be yelled at for asking for a status update on my prescription.
