Worked with Michelle to get a haircut today, she was extremely professional and friendly. I cut about 4 inches off my hair into a nice short clean cut, and it came out spectacular! Michelle asked me through each step what angles I wanted and made sure my hair came out perfect. Will be coming back!

I was disappointed with the service I received. My hair color was ruined for the wedding I was attending. Overpriced, and seemed more interested in chatting with his coworkers.

My husband and I walk by Elegance Salon and decided to stop in to see if they had walk in appointments available. After a short wait, we were introduced to Jelena who gave both my husband and haircuts we loved! Jelena is an excellent stylist because she has a vision for her clients. She was accommodating, energetic and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back!

Very disappointed. My 8 year old came in for a quick kid haircut. They washed her hair and cut it. We were then charged $85!!! For a childs simple hair cut. We leave and see her shivering. I ask her whats wrong and find out her ENTIRE BACK OF HER SHIRT WAS SOAKED. Not just a little wet. soaked!! I went back to tell them and they just said oh let me throw that in the dryer.... so my kid will be shirtless for 15 mins while her shirt is in the dryer??? No mention or a partial refund or maybe a free blow out for the issue. Im appalled at the lack of customer service. Will not be returning (even though the hair stylist was quite nice and did a great job).

10/10 service . Jelena completely transformed my hair. I came in with orange roots from bleach and she was able to get it all out and do my blonde highlights . Highly recommend!!

I saw Danny today and it was a great experience. Danny and the entire staff are so friendly, the salon is beautiful and in a great location. Danny did a great job with my balayage & haircut and I will definitely be back!

Excellent experience we had with my two Daughters at the Mamaroneck location.. Becky and Rosie were very professional and welcoming.. I will certainly be coming back and will recommend this Salon to everyone. I also loved my haircut and blow out!! ??
