Had a great experince with FloooredAtHome. From the beginning we were presented with different options and price differences between the choices were transparent. They listened to our past issue with buckling and recommended a moisture barrier to prevent. The work was completed quickly and cleaned up thoroughly. They communicated constantly throughout the process. We are very happy with the results including custom framing around fireplace.

Floored at Home recently installed luxury vinyl floor plank in my basement. They were excellent from start to finish, competitive pricing, good follow up & easy installations. They were prompt, professional during the installation, the job was done perfectly! I purchased the flooring from them as well, they had plenty of choices, they superimposed the flooring in a picture of my basement so that I can see what it would look like. I did a lot of research before deciding on using them, the pricing for the LVP came in less than what it is is typically priced at, the same can be said for the labor. Would definitely use them again!

Floored at Home is professional to the max. They were also patient as we placed our deposit almost year out of the projected date. The sales rep was honest and most helpful. Price was very fair. The follow up was thorough. The install was well done and quickly done without any interference of the other remodeling work we were having done.Excellent company! Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

Robert was great, he explained their product and the time frame that they need it to do the work. They work with my time frame to install the floor. The floor looks beautiful, and durable. The installer was professional, he explain to me what he was going to do and did a superb job. Will recommend this company to any one.

Hello all who want to use this services for renovation of hard wood floors. This company is amazing, they do such a wonderful work. They are reliable, on schedule, the workers they have, can not be better. Our kitchen and hallway floor are so good looking that I cannot stop looking at them. The supervisor was Jefferson, and one who did the installation Roger. Two Brazilian men, so professional , friendly, educated and just on target. If you need someone to do your floors, these men are the ones. I hope you will get as satisfied, as we are. Great Job!!!!!!

Floored at Home are the very best - top top professional. Josh & Paul and his team are amazing.
We had a tough situation - very large area with glued down wood which needed removed. Then a new flooring. All done on a tight time schedule!
Will use them again for sure!

Not gonna sugar coat it, contractors are annoying. Either they over charge, don't respond, lack professionalism etc..... It always seems like there is some short coming. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT THE CASE WITH Floored at Home. They were by far the best contractors I've hired since owning my house. Josh and Paul totally knocked it out of the park. Not only did the floors come out amazing, they had answers to all my questions, addressed all my requests, stuck to the timetable and kept me in the loop through out the whole process. They made me feel like I didn't have to worry about anything. To me that is most important. I highly recommend these guys, you wont regret it.

I was getting hardwood floors installed by a different guy and it was going so horribly I asked him to stop. That's when I found these guys and I wish I'd used them from the start!!! The floor in the master bedroom had to be leveled, which they did with great skill, and they fixed a couple of cracked boards that the other guy had installed and just pasted with wood filler. The other guy had done about 50% of the floors and Floored At Home did the other 50%. They took half the time and did an exponentially better job than the first guy! I am now absolutely loving my new floors and I have them to thank (especially Josh who did the initial assessment and Paul who oversaw the whole project) for relieving my stress and making my floors beautiful!

Paul and his team did an amazing job refinishing the upstairs floors in our 127 year old colonial home. Not only were they professional, but they worked well within their proposed timeline and helped us through our indecisiveness when we had trouble picking a stain. I'd hire them again asap, but they did such a great job I won't need my floors redone anytime soon!
