“This is a lovely supermarket! This Stop & Shop is my go-to grocery store now, and has been for about six months. Staff is nice, the store is well-stocked and laid out logically. I like the deli specials too, and the produce is fresh and good quality. I love that the store is never too crowded, at least whenever I go. Just a nice place to shop. So why are there some bad reviews? Well several of them are many years old. And reading some of the more recent ones leaves me SMH. One person was upset that staff told her dog wasn't allowed in the store. Apparently she thought they should somehow know it was an "emotional support dog" without which she'd have a nervous breakdown in the cereal aisle. Another person was upset that staff asked him not to jam milk cartons back into the refrigerator sideways. Another reviewer was angry that she had to bend over to get bags at the self-checkout. I guess that's where people are these days with their tolerance for adversity. Anyway I'm not affiliated with the store, I'm just a regular customer who thinks they're unfairly rated on here. Always seems like a good place to me!”
“Pretty big Stop & Shop store with ample parking lot shared across all the stores here. Flowers section as one walks in on the left. Veggies and produce on the right. Aisles are clearly marked so easy to find what you are looking for. If not, the staff is there to help. Always look at the sales on the weekly circular and clip the digital coupons. If not already a Stop & Shop member, sign up as it's free and earn points. When here, come to pick up specific items either for upcoming holidays - e.g. cabbage sale .29/lb with coupon for St. Paddy's Day. Check out options - self-check out or the register. Since I only had a few items, go on self-check out items. If any issues, the staff is there to help. Easy peasy, 1-2-3, pay and on the way. Bring your own shopping bag if you plan to buy a lot else pay for the ones they have or the re-usable shopping bags.”

“This is one of the nicest stop and shops in the area. Each section of the store is fully stocked and has some of the largest ranging options in the area. I love coming here after work to pick up some items quickly. It's never busy.The store is very clean and its always stocked. The staff are very friendly. They always make sure that my shopping experience went well, and I found everything that I was looking for.I love coming here over going to ShopRite across the street as there's plenty of parking and never crowded.”

“First off when you walk In this shop and stop your instantly impressed . They have the flower section right by the door which brings this natural feel to the place . The organizational this store in my opinion is perfect . It's like fruit , vegetables, cheeses , meats fish , condiments, canned good , pasta then house hold goods . Nothing is mixed in together . The store is super big , it's clean , everyone is so nice that works there . Moving to Port Washington a few days ago I was nervous about finding a good super market but shop & stop is definitely my go to now!”

“Great pharmacy. My husband and I were out shopping and realized we forgot our masks. We went to the drive through and asked the pharmacist if they had masks we could buy. She advised they had in the front of the store and to come in but after informing her about f our dilemma she came back with 2 disposable masks for us!! Such kindness at a time like this is so appreciated. This Walgreens will always have a special place in our hearts”
