The car came out beautifully, and what really impressed me was the video they sent. The technician walked around the car with a tablet, explaining everything they inspected and what work was done. The transparency was refreshing, many mechanics keep things behind the scenes, but BMW of Greenwich shows you exactly what’s going on.

This five year award winning emissions center is quite popular with all the locals. There is also an oil change service and automatic car wash.”

It’s not a shop with 20 people, so when Dan, who posted a bad review, wanted him to stop working in his regular customers cars, who he made commitments to- I don’t see that as bad service. I see that as Dan not getting what he wanted when he wanted which has nothing to do with the shop.Artie will do his best to find the best price parts to repair your car, he informs you every step of the way and charges a fair rate.
