Called to inquire about when a script for my mom would be ready for p/u just to be RUDELY told I DON’T KNOW. I was then immediately put on hold. I asked the young man who picked up to please give me someone in charge. The original person picked up & then HUNG up on me. This person in question has always been RUDE but not to this extent. If you can’t deal with the public then go find another job!!! By the way I called to inquire about a prescription for my 96 yr old mother who has taken a turn for the worst. SHAME ON YOU

Great customer service. Rye Beach Pharmacy has administered to me, several Covid shots and, most recently, the shingles vaccine. They have always been pleasant, helpful and welcoming, ready to assist with any questions and concerns. A special shout out to Ken, who was very patient and helpful. Nice group of people working there!!!

Something shady is going on here at this pharmacy. There was always an issue with my prescription for my cats compounded treats from the get go. They incorrectly recorded and dispensed the wrong amount for one of my cats and lost the prescription for the other; and then After almost a year of using this pharmacy, they LIE to me and double the price by saying they can longer make a quality product as they thought my prescription was only going to be short term, therefore they need to split the dosage into two compounded treats so I would be forced to pay more and dispense MORE to my fur babies. They ALSO LIED about the shelf life of the compounded treats in order for me to buy more. So guess what, I FOUND ANOTHER COMPOUNDING PHARMACY!

Best small pharmacy in the Westchester / Fairfield County area. Very customer service friendly and they always listen to your ever need . The compounding division is unbelievably great, precise, and accurate on the finished compound medication. If you have pain joint issues, ask them about their "PROBALM" it's excellent for relieving the joint pain, and as a customer, it really works well.!!!

My family has been doing business with this pharmacy for years. The older woman that works there or a co-owner, or whatever she is was in some disgusting mood when I went with my son to buy him a Holiday item. Mind you in the past three days I had spent $300 with this pharmacy buying things for the holidays. When we walked in, my son, who is a mature, responsible and respectful young man, just went to look at an item, I appropriately mentioned to my son that we would need to purchase the entire item in order for him to have the small piece that comes with it. So for the record, I am responsibly handling my child effectively in the store and the older woman That works there completely jumped on him right as we got through the door. she started barking at him to put that back, and that he needs to buy the item and also being rude to me. Then another older woman, a staff member joined in and both gangs up on us. Abruptly and with hostility asking what we want and if we are here for immunizations. I told them no that we were going to purchase this item, and they stood there with their hands on their hips, like we were some kind of terrible people. I can’t believe after all the business I’ve given them, and the massive amount of money spent with their horrifically over priced items, we were treated this way. How dare that older woman step in and yell at and reprimand my son when clearly right in front of her face I was handling my child and then proceeds to attack me as well when we did absolutely nothing but look at their stupid overpriced items. That will be the last time. Never again will they see another dollar from me. Looks like I’ll be changing my pharmacy away from Rye Beach Pharmacy with all the doctors for myself and my family.

I have been a customer of the compounding pharmacy for years. My experience has been stellar because of Mario in particular. He has always been unfailingly pleasant and professional. If there was a problem to be solved he always handled it perfectly no matter how trivial or complex. If I could give him more stars I would.

This establishment has all the trimmings of a friendly family owned business; however, prepare yourself for rude and disrespectful treatment from co-owner Ken GiaQuinto.An otherwise simple procedure such as verifying insurance information, for a vaccine appointment, may result in getting berated and your appointment canceled, because Ken's patience have been worn thin.Ken will make it clear that you and your business are not welcome; and that you should instead go to "St. Elsewhere" (the local CVS).

Left CVS for them and haven't looked back. Personalized health management as well as holistic alternatives of medicines you may be taking. I was even able to fill my dog Kasie's medication there. (RIP little guy)
