The best shared work space in the area. Nice and quiet, always a desk available and the staff is great. Nandita, who manages the day to day operations at the office, is awesome. Always there for anything I need!I do wish there were a few more call rooms, hopefully in that’s something they add in the future.

I have been a member of the Rye Serendipity Lab space for the last 6 years. It’s been a fantastic office for me and my business. Great facility, amazing staff and great location that is close to downtown Rye and trains to NYC.

Wrongfully charged our company and would not fix it. Offered promises when signed a two-year lease and then went back on their sales pitch. Instead of supporting small business during the pandemic, they decided that would be the perfect time to sneak in extra charges.

I have been trying to even get a call from Corporate and they do not even respond. When I speak to the Office Manager at our location, she says she can't do anything. But corporate will not respond. This is becoming a nightmare. Serendipity Labs is exhibiting some of the most unprofessional behavior I have ever experienced.

I have been waiting since mid December for a refund of my security deposit. I am told lies about the timeline and they said it would take 30-45 days to refund my money. To date (now 120+ days) I do not have anything. I've been told that it's on the way for 2 months now. Why can't they just issue a refund to my credit card? I can't even get someone from corporate to reach out to me regarding a refund or status! Do not trust this company - they have no trouble billing you, but when it comes to getting anything back, you will have to spend months and hours unnecessarily chasing it down. This is the opposite of customer service!!

Great location! Serendipity Labs is a great option for getting work done whether you needed long or short term working space. This Rye location is convenient and comfortable with all the amenities you'd need in your workday.
