I hesitated to write this, but I feel it’s important to share. I was so excited to try this salon—it’s close to home, and if things had gone well, I had even thought about making it my regular spot. I asked for 3 inches off, but 9 were cut. I didn’t notice right away, but when I stood up and saw how much was gone, I cried all the way home. A few days later I also realized the cut was uneven and choppy. Now my hair is the shortest it’s ever been, it doesn’t feel like me, and I may need to go elsewhere to fix it, which likely means cutting it even shorter. Hair carries so much of our identity, and losing that much unexpectedly has been devastating. I hope this helps others make an informed choice and encourages the salon to be more attentive to clients’ requests.

Samantha was extremely attentive and thorough. I had a color, glaze, and blow dry done and left Beauty Box extremely satisfied and happy with the final results of my hair. I will readily come back and have Samantha be my stylist again without any hesitation.

I came to your salon to dye my hair blonde, but instead of blonde, my hair was dyed black. My ends were blonde , and I specifically asked to lighten the dark roots, but they were dyed completely the opposite of what I wanted. On top of that, I was not given any protective cover, and my white blouse was ruined with black dots. l am extremely disappointed with this service and I will never return to your salon again!!!

I went in today for a single-process color & glaze and haircut with John. I cannot believe how healthy and beautiful my hair looks. John was so friendly and so meticulous when cutting my hair. Honestly one of the best hair cuts I've ever received in my life. The salon was beautiful and the rest of the staff was so friendly. Will definitely be back.

Stephany and Maeve were great. Got a hair cut and split end treatment and my hair feels so refreshed and healthy. They were both so quick and very good at their job. Just amazing Highly recommended.
Update, I was seen by Yennifer today. She was fantastic! My hair looks so healthy and the haircut looks amazing! Wow! 😍😍I love it! My Fiance loves it!
