Customer service at the UPS store in Rye is exceptional. I’ve been using this location for many years and everyone at the store is always very friendly and knowledgeable. Vanessa was especially helpful today when I shipped the wrong item to my son. She very quickly helped me resolve the issue by getting my original package back so I could send the right one. This store is top notch!

Mash is so great at his job and makes every interaction fast and friendly. Another gentleman whose name I did not remember also did a great job today by taking my passport photos efficiently and it was a great photo too! It is always a pleasure to go into the UPS store in Rye!

I am truly grateful for this UPS Store location. Everyone who works here is always friendly and super helpful. I am especially thankful for the help of Jon, Peter and Mash. They’re all such a great team and I hope corporate recognizes them all!

Really great overall visit to mail out a box of cookies for the holiday. Helen and Damon were super helpful, very easy to engage with and generally a joy to be with on what can be a stressful time of year. Helen took the time to explain when to start looking for the tracking on the package ~ super helpful Helen! Thank you! ~ and Damon explained the extra half hour the store was open would only be for the season.
This UPS store is neat, tidy and doesn't feel cramped, even with massive numbers of boxes awaiting pick up.

Huge help when UPS lost my shipped package. Stayed in touch by text until it was resolved. The outcome wasn’t great. But they did all they could and guided me through the process.
