“I had a great time shopping at goop Sag Harbor, which I visited back in May. I've been a goop customer for years and I love their body products more than anything.I felt pampered while I shopped in this boutique. The workers were friendly and truly helpful, answering my and my sister's questions, recommending that we try anything from the sample section that we showed curiosity about. Oh yeah - there's a whole sample section! Every luxurious, gorgeous little thing I'd ogled on their website got sniffed, inspected, and sampled, which was great for me, as often times scent can be a dealbreaker.The women working (I can only remember Blair's name!) were outgoing and I felt comfortable in the boutique. While I found them to never be far away while I was shopping, I took their closeness as part of a personalized shopping experience. I asked every question I could think of and handed anything I wanted to buy off to them, so that they could keep it at the register. Again, I felt pampered, not followed, and I look forward to visiting the San Francisco boutique next year.”

We love everything about Dopo - the ultimate professional and knowledgable staff, the continually creative and delicious menu, and we think one of the loveliest rooms to dine in in The Hamptons. “The towels I purchased a few months ago are sold out on line so I took it upon myself to call each individual store to see if they had any inventory left. I wound up calling the Sag Harbor, NY store and I had the pleasure of speaking to Emily. She said that her store had one of the towels left, but that a store nearby that was temporary closed for a few months may have more of the towels. She told me that she would go over to that store after she was done working for the day and then text me whether they had more towels or not. Much to my surprise I did hear from Emily later that day advising me that all of the towels were there and that she would ship them the next day. I can’t tell you how grateful I am to this young lady. She went above and beyond her work duties to accommodate me. I honestly can’t remember the last time that I have ever dealt with anyone so lovely and kind. Love Shack Fancy is an absolutely beautiful store but it’s even more beautiful knowing that I have Emily to call for all of my future purchases.
